As a young family with two toddlers and an infant, we found the accommodation to be very suitable, offering ample space.
The room provided more storage than we've experienced in any other hotel—plenty of cupboard and wardrobe space, enough to accommodate long-term stays comfortably.
The kitchen was sufficiently equipped, and the inclusion of a washer/dryer combo was convenient (though, as expected with condenser dryers, the drying process was quite slow and limited).
We loved staying in the Insadong area, which was both vibrant and convenient for getting around and visiting local attractions.
The only real downside—and quite a significant one—was the cleanliness, which fell below our expectations. The bedsheets were not changed automatically during our five-night stay, and the sheets and pillows had a yellowish tint. Additionally, the bathrobes were stained, and there was a noticeable amount of dust and other cleanliness issues that exceeded what we consider average.
