Room is new and clean, service not so great
The hotel is newly opened, so rooms are clean, new and good size. Only the sink in the bedroom (and not in the bathroom) was really surprising and inconvenient, and also the airco was really loud and had a bright light, so it was bothering during night time. There was some noise from the street (we were in 7th floor). But otherwise room is ok for this price. However, the breakfast was ridiculously bad, it cost around 17000 won, and it wasn't a buffet breakfast. The staff was late, there bread tasted bad and was dry, we only got two tiny pieces of orange and pineapple, and then there was eggs and some kind of fried ham, supposedly trying to imitate bacon but was far from it. It was horrible! There are plenty of nice cafes around the hotel, so I recommend to take your breakfast there, not in the hotel. The car parking service was also very slow. We left our car in front of the garage for the parking staff to park it, we went to our room, and as we came back downstairs, our car was running, still in front of the garage, doors open (!!!) and the garage staff somewhere else. The location of the hotel is nice, a bit far from the center but close to subway, Lotte World and a beautiful park just in front. But I will not go again, because of the service.
