I booked a non-smoking room and they confirmed it upfront, but as I arrived, I was told it was fully booked and the "upgraded" me to a suite. I don´t think it was a suite, though, and it was a smoking room. The guy on the front desk was not the friendliest I´ve seen, so I did not get a good feeling in the beginning. The room was ok, very spacious and with a nice tub in the bathroom. The furniture was a bit old and not in a good shape, there was tape on the wallpaper etc. I think I paid too much considering the quality of hotels in Seoul in average. And as we were leaving, there was a lady in the front desk who could hardly speak any english, and we had a lot of trouble to get our car keys back. The location is ok, in Gangnam, with lots of restaurants nearby, but otherwise would not recommend.
