Miljoonan dollarin näkymä ja sijainti! Ihana remontoitu kevyt ja ilmava saarilaistyylinen rantahotelli, joka sijaitsee 2. kerroksessa, holvikatot, täysin varustettu keittiö, pesukone / kuivausrumpu, iso taulutelevisio, ilmastointi ja kattotuuletin kaikissa huoneissa, internet ja puhelin paikallispuheluihin. Suuri katettu veranta on näköala rannalle ja sopii erinomaisesti ruokailuun ulkona ja rentoutumiseen sohvilla tai riippumatossa, joka odottaa sinua katselemaan auringonlaskuja. Laitteessa on kaksi makuuhuonetta ja kaksi kylpyhuonetta, joissa parisänky makuuhuoneessa, queen-vuode ja x1 erillistä vuodetta toisessa makuuhuoneessa. Meillä on myös käytettävissänne omia taittuvia rantatuoleja, uima-allas- / rantaleluja, lasten pelejä / leluja ja palapelejä, ulkojäähdytin, tennismailat, pallot, jotkut naamiot ja snorkkeli sekä rantakengät avuksesi. Meillä on saatavana myös "pack 'n play" kannettava vauvansänky ja patja.

Olemme sijaitsee rauhallisella ja syrjäisellä paikalla, mutta vielä muutaman askeleen päässä saaren parhaista ruokakaupoista, tärkeimmistä baareista ja ravintoloista, kuntosalista, leipomosta, apteekista ja paljon muusta! We had a great time staying at cocoplum! The condo was really nice and clean, and had a great balcony overlooking the pool and ocean. The location was quiet but still walkable to coffee shops, restaurants, and any other amenities that we needed. We would definitely book again!

Wonderful Family Vacation
This spot was perfect for my husband, two kids in college and me. The condo was well appointed and had all the essentials- including beach towels and chairs - for us to enjoy the best of the beach. We brought our own snorkeling gear and saw a variety of fish at the ship wreck right off shore including a Morrey Eel! This place is walking distance to grocery store, The Wharf restaurant ( great place) and the liquor store. Loved this place and hope to return again in the future!

We had a fabulous stay here in condo #8! It was everything we needed and wanted. The listing was exactly as described! The sunsets from the balcony were our absolute favorite! From the moment we arrived, we were captivated by the million-dollar view that greeted us - it was truly breathtaking and set the perfect tone for our vacation. The condo itself was immaculate. We were impressed by the five-star cleanliness throughout the entire space, which made us feel immediately comfortable and at home. The serene and quiet environment was just what we needed to unwind and relax. One of the highlights was how well-equipped the condo was. The kitchen had everything we needed for a starter pack, making it easy to prepare meals without hassle. The bathrooms and laundry facilities were equally well-stocked, ensuring we had all the essentials at our fingertips. Perfect Cayman vacation rental
Traveling with my wife and three children and Cocoplum was the perfect vacation rental for us. The rental was clean, comfortable, well equipped and in the perfect location. The ocean views from the large balcony were spectacular and views of the pool and well maintained grounds were also great - it was a perfect spot for a cup of coffee or cocktail or to read a book. The pool is on the small side but was perfect for us - my boys probably were in the pool 5 hours a days. There are plenty of lounge chairs and tables around the pool which were perfect for lounging but also for dining ocean and poolside. A few steps away is the beach which is very private. There is coral but it’s an amazing beach. A short distance out from the shoreline we saw of fish and coral reefs. Plus a short swim away is a shipwreck which was so interesting to snorkel around - when my youngest son wasn’t in the pool he was snorkeling and checking out the shipwreck. There is a nice tennis court on the property which we used for tennis but also to workout. There were other families and small groups at the property during our stay but for the most part we felt we had the place to ourself. There are also two charcoal grills. This was our first trip to the Caymans but we thought the location was perfect. Lots of great restaurants and food stores are a short distance. For us Cocoplum was a perfect spot to relax and have fun together as a family…we didn’t want to leave!

Our stay was our best honeymoon yet, and we travel a lot!! The best part was the million dollar view!! Thank you for making your wonderful property available for our family’s Cayman vaca! The furnishings, bathrooms, and kitchen were clean and modern. Quiet beachfront location with plenty of walkable amenities. Shipwreck right off the private beach! Water shoes are key for the rocks. Kids loved the pool. Balcony view of the pool and ocean sunsets helps make this 2nd floor unit one of the best in the development! It was exactly what our family was looking for! Thank you so much!

Nice, but the wrong part of 7 mile beach
Not bad, but wouldn't stay here again. This is a nice, clean property. Spacious and well equipped. Most importantly for us, it was quiet with no noisy neighbours or rowdy groups. The pool is small though, which is fine if you're the only ones in it, but not if a few others join you, when it's like standing in an elevator. The property is right on the beach, but this is where things start to unravel. If you've seen Die Hard where Bruce Willis walks over broken glass in his bare feet, you can imagine what walking into the sea from this beach feels like. It is tiny, and all sharp rocks and broken coral. Sure you could wear reef shoes, but who wants to have to do that? The really annoying thing is that you have one of the best beaches in the Caribbean just a few hundred yards away, but you take your life in your hands walking over ironstone and slippery rock pools to get to it. Luckily we had a car, so we would just drive a mile up the road, and access a nice part of the beach from there. There are plenty of apartments right on the nice parts of 7 mile beach, so pick one of those. You don't need to be this close to Georgetown as the island is so small. Overall, a nice apartment, but in the wrong place.

Golden! My fav VRBO. All the boxes were checked plus the wreck of gamma is right in front. It's a shallow and easy snorkel.No sargassum, calm and warm 85 degree waters (June/July), awesome sunsets, bonus hammock, on the bus line, tranquility at it's best. Thank you Sue and Don for 12 days of bliss celebrating my 60th, and my friends retirement from teaching 1st grade. We loved it so much, we went to book the same dates next year. We never go to the same place. However, the price doubled. So sad but we'll always have the memories. Have a beautiful life and stay at Cocoplum #8 .

The location was perfect for what we wanted-a quiet beachfront stay. The view from the condo is spectacular. The lanai was a great spot to sip coffee in the morning and watch sunsets in the evening! The condo was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed and more. Our group was 4 adults and we had plenty of space.

Cocoplum is a little gem! The condo is cute and updated and clean! Lots of space and all the supplies (cooler, towels, kitchen, etc.) we needed! The pool and grounds were lovely, quiet, and private. The beach was fun for snorkeling with a small shipwreck close by and lots of rocks for finding critters. We rented a car so getting to the other beaches was easy, but my kids didn’t want to leave Cocoplum!

Amazing stay!
What can I say about this stay other than it was amazing! Beautiful clean condo, well stocked. I will miss my morning tea on the balcony! The sunsets were beautiful with a perfect view! Water shoes needed on beach which we were prepared for from previous reviews but we didn't care. Walked to amazing restaurants & then walked to Andy's & rented a car for a few days of our stay. Driving on the opposite side of the road as we're used to was an adventure, lol. We went as a couple for an anniversary trip & will plan to come back with friends at some point! Thank you for an amazing stay!

Perfect!
The pictures on the website cannot do justice to this property. It is perfectly situated half way to anywhere you want to go on the island. No car - no problem. It is within walking distance to many restaurants and the best grocery store on the island is a short jaunt away. The unit is spacious and well appointed. The kitchen has everything you could ever want to prepare meals. The beds are comfortable and the linens are high end. Check in was easy and the manager responded very quickly. The pool was warm with a great view of the ocean. Even though all units were booked we often had the pool to ourselves. You really can't go wrong with this booking.

Perfect- relaxing private condo
Beautiful view from the second floor of the condo building, snorkelled every day at the shipwreck, watched the sun set, walked to dinners (seafood, Thai, jerk all excellent). Beach is very private and quiet…really awesome week, exactly as billed! As mentioned in other posts, this is at the very south end of 7mile beach and the narrow beach /seawall does not allow for long walks on the beach. Water shoes on the beach are a must since the island is a coral reef

Fabulous family Vacation
We had an amazing stay at Cocoplum #8. The condo is well located and is well stocked with everything you could need to enjoy your stay. Waking up every morning to that view was sooooo breathtaking. The sunset in the evening was also spectacular. My whole family loved where we stayed. The grounds were nice and quite, and the man who maintained the grounds and the lady who cleaned some of the condos were so friendly and kind. The condo was the perfect size for our family of 5 and it was so nice having the two bathrooms and bedrooms. If you are looking for a great place to stay near seven mile beach I would definitely recommend this unit. The only feedback I would give to the owners is that the blinds in the bedrooms let in a lot of light in the night from the flood lights outside lighting up the property and that the ceiling fan in the main bedroom was a little squeaky. Besides that 10/10 stay!!

Amazing view
Property clean, comfortable furnishings, mostly quiet and private. View from balcony was breathtaking. We didn’t need to rent a car….short walk to grocery & restaurants. Although it may be technically on Seven Mile Beach, it is difficult if not impossible to walk the beach from this unit (Extreme beach erosion over the years, with Hurricane Ian 2022 topping it off). We had to walk past the Sovereign resort on the sidewalk on West Bay Road, approximately a mile+, to reach a walkable beachfront. Despite this issue, the great location, beautiful grounds, fantastic ocean view were the reasons we would rate this “5 Stars”, and would rent this condo again some day.
