Our room had a musty smell and they didn’t offer much as compensation. We liked the service and the beach. The staff at the beach worked super hard. Kirk at the main door was helpful with taxi’s etc. very friendly and worked hard. Prices for food were typical for a resort… pricey. The service overall was excellent. Everyone at the hotel worked very hard and efficiently. Maintenance and house keeping were quick and helpful.

My stay wasn’t anything to compliment or brag on . I was forced to wait over an hour for another room that had a balcony . I was told housekeeping was cleaning it and the entire time the room was already cleaned . The ladies at the front desk was just being messy . I ask to speak to manager and they never called back . It was very frustrating due to the inconvenience. Everything there is overpriced . Beds aren’t that comfortable I twist and turn all night . This is just my review .

The Westin Grand Cayman is a great place to get away! It offers a nice blend of luxury and relaxation. From the second we arrived we were greeted with warm, attentive service. The room was nice sized, and our view of the pool and ocean was great. We loved the proximity of the beach and pool. Seven Mile Beach is one of our favorite beaches in the world! We did a lot of water activities right off of the resort - snorkeling, paddle boarding, jet skiing and we rode the banana a couple of times. The pool area is great, and the food and drinks are top notch. Make sure to eat the seafood! Overall, the resort was really relaxing with great service. Great vibes! We would go back. A special shout out to Sherlando at the kids club and Brandon at the front of the house!

The Westin Grand Cayman is relaxed luxury at it's best. We enjoyed the layout of the pool opening into the beach. The bar overlooks the pool and has live music every night. We had a great experience at this property!
