Apple Blossom Getaway is the place for you. It is a luxurious condo with great views set along the Little Pigeon River. It is located in the Gated Community of Appleview Farm Plantation. Less than 1 mile from the famous Apple Barn Grill & Restaurant and less than 2 miles from Tanger Outlets. Conveniently located close to dozens of restaurants and entertainment venues.

Apple Blossom Getaway is a peaceful getaway for the whole family and anyone vacationing together. Enjoy High Speed WiFi, Flat screen TV's in the living room and both bedrooms. Both bedrooms are located upstairs with King size beds(one roll away bed is available as well) and the living room has a large sectional sofa. You can accommodate 4-5 people. There are Ceiling fans in the living room, both bedrooms and in the screened in back patio. The condo has two full baths( one upstairs and one down stairs).
Fully furnished kitchen with coffee maker and Dining Room table able to seat 4 with a Refrigerator with ice maker. The unit also comes with a Stacked Washer and Dryer.

The outdoor pool and hot tub is located just a hop, skip, and a jump down from the Condo and is open from May to September at the discretion of on-site management. A gas fireplace is available during cooler months. The club house has Foosball, Air Hockey and Pool Tables and an Exercise room with a Dry Sauna. The area has plenty of room for picnics, playing or just about anything along the river. Fishing and floating in the river is allowed.

Check In is 4pm and Check Out is at 10am(unless special arrangements have been made).

Turn at light 12.6 onto Apple Valley Road past Walgreen's, continue past Orvis and the Apple Barn and turn left onto Lonesome Valley Road, drive past the old horse barn, take a right up the hill and the condo is on the left in the gated Community.

So close to the activity but a great location for escape!

We really enjoyed our stay at the condo. We were 5 minutes off the main road, so we could access any activities and restaurants easily. However, when we were ready to relax, we just headed back to the condo and it seemed far away from the hustle and bustle. One afternoon, we walked around the community and could clearly see the mountain ranges. After we got back, we kicked off our shoes and sat in the rocking chairs on the front porch and listened to the birds. We felt the location was the best of both worlds! We would definitely stay there again next time we visit that area.

This condo is conveniently tucked away off the main road. Close to everything. Quiet condo neighborhood. Immaculately clean. Both bedrooms are upstairs, so keep that in mind of stairs are a problem. We did not mind. Ceiling fans in both rooms are excellent. The decor is lovely and makes you feel at home.

This is a nice peaceful place to stay. I highly recommended this place. It was decorated for Christmas and made it feel like home. We contacted the owners to extend our stay by one day. He was very nice and made things easy. The condo complex is very quiet and relaxing.

Impossible to contact anyone, mailbox always full.light at bottom of steps not working. Can easily miss step off the landing, needs immediate attention.both toilets seats in bathroom not tight, broken.the condo decorated nicely. And close to attractions and restaurants.

Beautiful condo and very clean!

Great condo but I didn’t see when I booked it that it was two stories. We’re 78 and 76 so would have preferred one level. The shower heads were horrible and the toilet seats so cheap they were bendable when you sat down. But…overall it was convenient and very clean and decorated nicely. We couldn’t watch the TV as I didn’t see instructions anywhere. But, we weren’t there to watch TV.

Great Property and Experience

Our family stayed at beautiful residence that was wonderfully located behind the Apple Barn. With our plans in Sevierville, it was at a perfect location. On our one down day, our little boy loved the swimming pool that was easily assessable by walking out a short distance from the back patio. The residence was very clean and we were easily able to find what we needed to cook a few meals there. We hope to come back and visit this location again!
