We really enjoyed are stay. The place was very nice and clean. There were a couple things that could be improved. My husband was very disappointed that there were no ESPN stations on the TV. Also the box upstairs had the wrong remote and took us till the second day to realize it and could not use the upstairs TV until we figured that out. I feel that the people that go in and clean, should make sure that everything is working and in good order or not broke, and if it is they should notify someone to have it taken care of before the people coming to stay, get there. Checking in is after 4:30 and the address is not given until that time. Which also makes it difficult when coming from another state. But this still gives plenty of time for things to be corrected if there is an issue. Another thing is that one of the main reasons that I chose this cabin was for the view of the water that was supposed to be there, as that is the main picture of the cabin. The lake was pretty much empty. That was very disappointing. When we first got there. we looked at the beds and noticed that one of the beds had a little bit of a sag in the middle. This was very noticeable. When the other couple went to go to bed. the middle of the bed collapsed. I called the office and got the answering service. They notated the issue and said that they put in the system. When I called the next morning, it seemed like there was nothing notated at all about this. First of all, if there were people going in and cleaning, why would they not notice this and if they did, why was it not reported and fixed. The other couple had to sleep in this bed all night this way, That was not very comfortable for them to try to sleep without being on top of each other. 2nd, if I had not called back, I do not know if it would have gotten fixed that day and we had plans to be out most of the day. Other then those few things, we truly enjoyed our stay and would come back again
