・ NO smoking
・ Must be 25 years or older to book
・ Max occupancy is 24 (including children)
・ Absolutely NO FIRES inside or out. Unauthorized fires (including candles) will be charged $100 plus damages.
・ Maximum of 2 pets, must be under 50 lbs and follow our set of common courtesy rules), and it comes with a fee


・ QUEIT HOURS are 10:00 PM - 8:00 AM
・ CHECK IN is at 4:00 PM
・ CHECK OUT is at 10:00 AM


| THE RED TAPE |
・ Bears are dangerous
・ Linens are provided, Sheets, pillowcases, comforters (NOT Blankets)
・ You will likely see and hear critters. Please keep windows and doors closed at all times.
・ NO REFUNDS for weather/natural disasters/power outages/acts of god/other things that are beyond our control.
・ We provide a starter set of towels. There will be at least 1 towel per person on the reservation. You are welcome to bring additional towels with you also.
・ We provide a start of toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, paper towels, shampoo, conditioner, soap, coffee and laundry detergent. For longer stays you will need to buy more!

Interaction with Guests:
We give our guests space - but we are available when you need us. We are available Monday - Saturday 9 AM - 9 PM via Airbnb Messenger. Your privacy and comfort is our highest priority!
