Upea 1900 townhouse hiljattain kunnostettu, 125m2, 3 makuuhuonetta, 3 kylpyhuonetta suihkulla, olohuone, keittiö ja terassi näköalalla Giralda.

Talo, korkeat katot ja puiset palkit, sijaitsee ainutlaatuisella paikalla lähellä majesteettinen katedraali Sevillassa ja on kolmessa kerroksessa. Pohjakerroksessa aulan, on ensimmäinen makuuhuone, kylpyhuone ja wc. Ensimmäisessä kerroksessa on makuuhuone kylpyhuone ja vaatekaapit. Toisessa kerroksessa, yksi makuuhuone, kylpyhuone, olohuone ja keittiö. Lopuksi kolmannessa kerroksessa on upea terassi näköalalla Giralda.



Tämä loma-asunto sijaitsee vain lyhyen kävelymatkan päässä kohteesta Sevillan katedraali. Majoituspaikka tarjoaa asiakkaille esimerkiksi vesipuiston. Loma-asunnossa tarjoaa keittiön ja 3 kylpyhuonetta.

Great location
This property was in the middle of all the action, I wish it was available for more nights! Lots of rooms for lots of guests with private bathrooms and next to a Flaminco Show. Stay here if you want to be next to EVERYTHING!

Beautiful Home in Heart of Seville
We truly enjoyed our stay in Seville at this beautiful home. Maria was an excellent host and communicated quickly. Her associate, who met us personally at the apartment, was lovely and gave us thorough details about the home and neighborhood. The house is quite spacious (each bedroom on a separate floor) so we had plenty of room to spread out and have our own space as needed. Air conditioning worked perfectly, but the home stayed relatively comfortable without AC. It was also very convenient to have the washer available to wash clothes as we packed light for our travels around Spain. It is perfectly located by the gorgeous cathedral with many wonderful restaurants and stores nearby and within walking distance. We thoroughly enjoyed our time in Seville and greatly appreciate the hospitality provided to us. Highly reccommend!

Location, location, location.
Perfect location! Made touring the city center so easy! We were able to easily return betwee activities for siesta. Maria was the perfect host. Communication was easy and clear. Worked with our odd arrival schedule. Apartment was clean and organized. We will definitely stay here again on our return to Seville.

Lovely house in the perfect location, could walk everywhere, being so central there is late night noise from the street and neighbours but I still would definitely recommend. Maria, the host was lovely.

great stay!
The apartment is great and in a great location. As others have noted, there are a lot of stairs to get to the top area where the kitchen is. The stairs going from there to the rooftop and to where the laundry machine is are extremely steep and may not be suitable for some people. In the bottom bedroom there was noise from the street at night and in the second bedroom there was noise from the neighbours (sounded like a tv). Overall though, great place to stay!

This property is not for anyone with knee problems, but since I'm not quite there yet... this was a great apartment! Great location, great interaction with the owners, and very clean. Just know it's one bedroom per floor (each with its own full bath!). Loved that there was a coffee shop right outside our door!

Location is the Best!!! in the historic area near all the Best sites, plazas, stores and eating/drinking stops. in addition-the location is on a small no traffic pedestrian street. so even though you're in the middle of great activity, the house is very quiet and peaceful. the house was meticulously maintained and equipped for all our needs. the house manager Maria takes great pride in the property. in addition Maria is super responsive to questions and concerns. you send her a text you hear right back! that was so important to us. we stayed 3 weeks with different couples visiting us and they were all impressed with the house the location and Maria. we visited other apartments/houses while we were there thinking about 2025 just to see what was out there-nothing compared to location house and Maria! a Trifecta!!!

Great location
The apartment is in a great location, literally next to the Cathedral, short 3 min walk to Alcázar and it is surrounded by many restaurants & shops. It’s an excellent place to be, especially for your first time in Sevilla. The pro’s - heart of Sevilla, next to many places to visit, the spaciousness of the apartment. Notes to consider - there are many tourist, it can be noisy, there are many narrow & steep stairs to navigate. There is 1 bedroom / 1 bathroom on each of the 3 floors, with the patio on the 4th. This allows guests to spread out between floors…but it also means 50 stair-steps from the ground floor to the kitchen & living room. This was fine for us, but if you have any physical limitations be aware. Our host Maria was very kind and offered excellent communication.

Our group of 5 had plenty of room and enjoyed the historic townhome in easy walking distance to sights and great restaurants. Good communication in advance from property manager . Note…the property has a lot marble stairs and access to laundry and rooftop is essentially a ladder.

Giralda house was very conveniently located literally a few minutes from the Cathedral. 3 level house with a rooftop terrace (although it was too hot that we did not get to enjoy). The host Maria was super nice and responsive, she gave all the information and details about the place. Our only regret is staying only one night, kids loved the place so much as well.
