Macarena-alueen sydämessä (5 minuuttia jalka). Aivan Santa Marinan Mudejar-goottilaisen kirkon edessä (S. XIV). Varhainen talo s. XIX täysin remontoitu, neljä tasoa. Suuri kattoterassi kauniilla näkymillä.
Talo hieno sisustus, parketti ja marmorilattia. Taloon kiinnitettävä valinnainen autotalli. Täysin varusteltu keittiö. Sen katolta voit nauttia kauniista näkymistä historiallisen Sevillan kirkkoihin ja konventeihin.

Tämä loma-asunto on saanut loistavaa palautetta avuliaasta henkilökunnastaan. Majoituspaikka sijaitsee vain lyhyen kävelymatkan päässä kohteesta Alameda de Hérculesin aukio. Majoituspaikka tarjoaa asiakkailleen esimerkiksi vesipuiston. Loma-asunnossa tarjoaa ilmaisen Wi-Fi-yhteyden ja keittiön.

Lovely apartment with old world views
We enjoyed our stay. The view was fantastic and the neighborhood had grocery, and excellent restaurants and tapas bars right outside the door. Alejandra has excellent taste in decor and art. It was quiet. We think the quality of the restaurants was much better than in the center of the major tourist areas. It is only a 20 minute walk to all of the sights and places that Seville is known for. Alejandra is an excellent and thoughtful host. There were traditional Christmas sweets and fruit waiting for us. We do have to say that the apartment itself has a lot of stairs. If you have balance issues or struggle with narrow stairs perhaps this is not the right place. The bigger bedroom and a bathroom are on the ground floor, no stairs. That being said, we would highly recommend this apartment.

Beautiful Downtown Sevilla Home
No need for a car, when we stayed at this lovely house. It is centrally located, with restaurants, bars and the beauty of Sevilla just steps away. It was the perfect location. The house was very comfortable, and beautifully decorated, and spacious. Many windows to open up to the activities going on in the streets below, but shutters did a wonderful job keep noise at bay. Our host, Alejandra, gets top marks for great communication. She answered all our questions in a timely manner, offered suggestions on sites in the neighbourhood, and kept in touch in case we needed anything. The house was very welcoming when we arrived, where we were able to meet Alejandra and she provided a plentiful bowl of fresh fruit. This house was exactly what we needed in Sevilla, to experience the city as if we lived there, and we would highly recommend it.

Comfortable, clean and conveniently located
This property was an entire house and conveniently located . The host met us and although language was challenging. she was very helpful. The car park is covered and located nearby. The house was clean and had a lovely balcony at the top floor. It should be noted that it is 3-storey property without a lift. Overall, a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

A estadia na casa foi muito boa ,a casa é limpinha muito bem decorada e tem tudo o que se precisas, fica a uns minutos a pé de qualquer local de sevilha. Ter garagem é uma grande vantagem pois podemos deixar lá o carro e ter andando sempre a pé. A Alejandra explicou varias coisas de SEvilha e ainda nos deixou uns mimos (fruta). We had a lovely time at Alejandra's house. It was in a great location within walking distance of all we wanted to see. It was very comfortable despite the many stairs. It was all very clean and Alejandra was so helpful. An excellent base for a stay in Seville

Light, bright and perfect location
Local Seville living at its best. Neighborhood vibe. Immediate walking to markets and restaurants along with walking accessibility to Centro historical sights. Very well maintained and three wonderful floor to ceiling window doors that open onto the small plaza in front of the historical church across the street. Don't miss the top floor terrace with bougainvillea flowers.

Relaxing spot to set out on Seville adventures
This is a lovely charming two bedroom two bathhroom property with everything you need. In the warm months the ground floor bedroom is ideal and cool, the upper floor bedroom opens onto the large balcony area which has great views of the church opposite gives an ideal setting for late night cake and morning breakfast. The area is quite with minimal car traffic, single one way route outside. Safe quiet family residental area, we walked everywhere at all times and never felt any issues. Excellent host, who ordered our taxi for the return and always attentive on the whats app. She sent me the photo of my passport to allow me acess into the cathedral, (most places need this) Plaza De Monte-Sion 6 mins walk has lively bars and all you need supermarket. Fish market (not on monday) Mercado de Feria 4 mins Loads of resturants in Alameda Hercules 9mins Plaza Zurbaran good bar and tapas and a pit stop on the way into the shopping area. Have a great time.

Lovely and welcoming Seville stay
The accommodations were wonderful for our 3 adult family members. Our host was very welcoming. The location is slightly away from the main tourist attractions but it was quiet and we actually felt like we were immersed in a true Seville neighborhood. There is a wonderful cafe across the street that opened early to serve coffee and breakfast, as well as a lively street square down the road that the locals visited in the evening.

Gorgeous Home in wonderful location
This home is gorgeous and decorated with much attention to detail. Centrally located and short walk to the Alcazar and cathedral. We appreciated all of Alejandra’s help with secure parking, her warm welcome and information about local restaurants and sights. Comfortable bed and AC we’re also very much appreciated. My friends, my husband, and I enjoyed this apartment and its location immensely. It’s a beautiful apartment, well supplied and quiet. Everything we needed was close by in the local community. We even got to watch a wedding party at the ancient church across from us while sitting on the balcony. Besides all this Alejandra is a lovely host and a pleasure to be around.

WOW WOW WOW ! Amazing accomodation
From the moment I had contact with Alejandra I realised how special this place must be to her. An absolutely stunning property decorated to the highest level with keeping the original Spanish feel with a modern twist stunning or in Alejandra’s words Bonita ! A fantastic Spanish cafe right opposite perfect for a strong cafe con Leche ( not my usual but when in Spain ) a simple breakfast of toast and jam or ham toastie with olive oil ! Or wander down side streets for breakfast or dinner tapas or coffee! Perfect location for sight seeing bus only 5 min walk to stop .i would only agree with other guests that if you have difficulty with stairs or young children this place is probably not for you as some steep staircases on a few levels . But the roof top terrace was perfect. There is underground parking which is not common in the area so perfect for Alejandra’s guests . Finally a huge thank you to Alejandra for communicating so well when I don’t speak Spanish and she doesn’t speak English you were an amazing host !

Wondeeful Stay
Our group of 4 stayed at this lovely apartment for 3 days. Alejandra met us at the door, showed us her beautiful home and offered plenty of helpful information. The apartment is spotless, beautifully decorated and unique in its design and use of space. We sat on the terrace and enjoyed the colorful plants and view. The kitchen had everything we needed. The location was perfect for touring the lovely city of Seville. We highly recommend this booking. Thank you Alejandra for your kindness and generosity.

Fabulous apartment in great location and lovely host
The apartment was in a good area with the centre an easy walk away but there was also lots to explore locally, including the fabulous food at Contenedor restaurant, just a few steps away. The apartment was clean, beautifully decorated and carefully arranged over a number of floors. The terrace was a lovely place to come back to after walking around Seville, with the sounds of the bars and chatter below. It was a great place to rest before heading out for dinner. Alejandra was a great host and although we communicated in French (very poorly on our part), she was able to give us lots of recommendations, which were all worth following up on, including a great spot for flamenco and tapas. Thank you Alejandra, we hope to return one day. Safe travels on your upcoming trips and thank you once again for rescuing us when my husband left his jacket in the taxi
