The famous ‘Champagne Coast’ of Sheringham is a nostalgic area of natural beauty, with unspoilt countryside, whilst the beach is the star attraction. The clifftop golf course welcomes very good players, and there is a swimming pool, many charming boutiques, galleries, cafés, and restaurants. The North Norfolk Steam Railway is also based here. Why not jump on board and travel to the delightful seaside village of Weybourne or visit the Georgian market town of Holt? Sheringham is host to many events and food festivals throughout the year and foodies will love the freshness and mixture of the farmers markets. Popular local events include carnival week held during early August, when you can enjoy all the fun of the fair, and the 1940’s celebration weekend held in mid-September.
