Toft is approximately 10 miles North of Voe, from here is the regular ferry service to Yell and Unst. Both islands offer some of the most spectacular landscapes in Scotland, which include bird-populated sea cliffs, white sand beaches and heather-covered moors. Even closer at hand, approximately 5 miles, is the Laxo ferry terminal. A 30-minute crossing will take you to the Isle of Whalsay, also known as the Bonnie Isle. You are also within short driving distance to the village of Brae, which has several bars and restaurants.
