Welcome to "Evergreen Overlook" where you will enjoy your days on a spacious, covered deck overlooking a gorgeous wooded lot. Recharge in this peaceful setting in the tall Ponderosa pines. Located in the White Mountain Vacation Village. See the towering pines sway from every room. The numerous windows bring the outdoors in! Enjoy a new queen bed and lots of storage in the primary suite. 2nd bedroom has private entry and a double bed and twin bed! Plus, your own small TV. The Living Space has 2 leather recliners, a large flat screen with Dish network and sliding glass doors. Fully stocked kitchen with full size refrigerator and new table. The spacious covered deck has a small electric grill and plenty of room for entertaining. Free wireless internet. Explore and play in the owner's adjacent wooded lot with a firepit. . Friendly neighbors with tips on hiking trails and fishing hotspots. Have fun in the community clubhouse with flat screen TVs, a pool table, internet and horseshoes. On site laundromat. Enjoy the cool summer breezes, sweet pine scents and the gentle winter snows in this 4 season cabin. Nestled in the woods, but close to restaurants, shopping, lakes & hiking trails.

No morning coffee due to old, burned pot. Not sure bed sheets were fresh.
Coffee pot had evidently not been turned off and the bottom of the pot was burned black. Unable to get it completely clean. AND it didn’t work well at all. So there was NO coffee either morning. I don’t believe the sheets on the queen bed we used were fresh sheets. They were also paper thin. Likewise, the towels in bath were really old with only one washcloth supplied. The deck outside was wonderful ! However, would not stay here again.

Overall it is a cute place to stay. Tucked in a wooded 55+ community. Place was clean enough. And for price it was fine. Should be noted that second bedroom with two beds in it does not have a door on it that separates living space and room. It does have two doors to outside though. Only two bath towels, one washcloth and one hand towel were provided. Not enough for an our family of 4. Coffee maker took 55 minutes to brew one pot of coffee. Host left a lot of notes around to assist with stay and expectations which was great. But should be noted that they require you to take the trash to dumpster (which is fine) but didn’t include that you need the club house key card to get close to dumpsters. Best part was patio deck.

VRBO dropped the ball, so stay never happened
Our stay never happened. Place had not been cleaned when we arrived. According to owners, VRBO never notified them of our confirmed reservation. Since they didn't know we were coming, place had not been cleaned, with dirty linens and towels about the place. We could not stay there as it was and had to book a motel. Owner refunded our money, but this ended up canceling our trip that we drove 6 hours to get to. Booked travel insurance so will attempt to recover the cost of the hotel, but don't have high hopes and am extremely irritated that I have to spend time on this. Very disappointed in VRBO.

Registration was a bit whacky. But once we got that taken care of. All ran smoothly. The place is hidden in a private club, with added amenities. Otherwise quite serendipitous. Cool fresh mountain air. Quaint, cozy, prime location. I'll most definitely plan a repeat...

Absolutely great!
The cabin was amazing. Very quiet and very very clean! The deck and over look is so relaxing and beautiful. Everything we need was right there. Close to the town but feels out in the woods. We plan to stay again often as we come out to work on our property.

Everything was perfect! This clean, cozy, quiet cabin with beautiful scenery was the perfect getaway for my little family. Everything we needed was there and we were 5 minutes away from shopping and great restaurants. Cant wait to come again!

A quaint cabin in the woods
I stayed with my daughter for two nights on a weekend. It was clean, the beds were comfortable, and the cabin was in a nice little neighborhood surrounded by trees. We enjoyed the peace and quiet.

Very nice vacation park where this cabin was located. Cabin was awesome and clean. Cabin has everything to make your stay easy and comfortable. Only draw back was having enough hot water for two showers. There is a sign telling about the small water heater. We took one average shower and waited for an hour and still didn't have enough hot water for the second. Loved our stay though!

Cosy home with a great deck
The home is perfect for two persons, has a cosy athmosphere and a well-equipped kitchen. The greatest attraction for us was the large porch/deck where we would sit, read, eat for hours and enjoy the ponderosa pines around us.

Not a "cabin in the woods"
A dangerous step between the 1st add on bedroom to the main mobile home convert. Caused much foot pain. Only two chairs for three people. Had to use the mini park table with benches to sit on, Terrible. This is in a retirement community. A street in front with cars,trucks,golf carts.etc. Construction going on a block away noisey,sirens in the air.
