Avoid this two star hotel.
Pros Great airport pick up service. They were really friendly! Cold towel and water in the car. Arrived back from temples 5 mins after breakfast finished and still served us breakfast. Pool is a nice space. Changed our room when one became available. Leaving on the night bus so didn’t want to carry luggage. They kept it for us. Cons Wrong room - booked a pool room only to be told that they were all full. Toilet/bathroom smelled like sewage - this smell spread throughout the room. Happy hour drinks - none of the drinks we fancied! Aircon not cool! Shower was scolding hot. Took them 15 hours to collect laundry. Bedding and towels clean but robes/slippers/bath mat dirty. Check out process difficult! Tried to charge for room (paid in advance). Charges to the restaurant were on our room - daiquiri? And food. We only ate the breakfast included in room fee. Took ages to get these wrong charges taken off.

Poor location down unlit, unnamed road, dangerous at night. Very friendly but unprofessional staff. As asked I sent message to request free transportation from airport but after a week didnt get an answer so phoned the hotel number. This was answered by a very rude guy who said he couldnt help us as it was his day off and insisted I phoned another number but no-one ever answered so I found 2 other numbers for the hotel on Facebook but no answer again. Finally sent complaint to their reservations email and got confirmation of transfer. Arrived at hotel and checked into wrong room with single beds and not double as requested but decided to accept it. On booking we got confirmation of new year eve dinner but hotel wanted another 100 dollars etc. Didnt argue as didnt want to go anyway.. Room fairly clean but housekeeping only turned up once in 3 days to clean so had to go out and buy all amenities including toilet roll etc. Complained to reception who apologised and promised to correct but never did. First morning at breakfast waited 30 minutes to get coffee followed by awful cold American breakfast. Tables not prepared and had to ask for cutlery, sugar, milk, salt, pepper and napkins which was not easy as waitress had no English but she was very friendly. Didnt go for breakfast next day but on last morning had Asian breakfast which was better but with completely hopeless friendly service. On last morning reception had lost our booking for transfer back to airport.

Our Home from Home ! This is great hotel!! We first time visted Siem Reap, we had room next to the swimming pool with garden surrounding in front . Staff supermely friendly and helpfull, location is easy distance to walk to the town building is new, breakfast is perfect. highly recomended

Great location, new hotel, friendly staffs, great value, good breakfast, rooms are large and beds comfortable. Bathroom is clean with good shower. Essential toiletries provided along wt coffee tea facilities in room. There was room service every day so it was great coming to well made room after long day out at the the temples. Two way pickup and drop off from hotel was complimentary with our stay... Pool looked nice and pub street is straight 10min walk.... On the whole I highly recommend this place for its convenience, cleanliness, and facilities.

Stayed here for 2 nights and totally disapoited about the services, especially very bad management: 1. The room is not available for check in time at 2:pm. 2. Staff gave me the room with the door cannot blocked and i didnt know that situation Toilet very smell and bed room to loudy because of laundry room next door. I didnt get any appologized about that. 3. The manager guy named Peter.. he very rude and always argue with customer. I lost my credit carrd and i need him to find out best solution for me to pay for the room. I asked him whether the hotel can charge my credit card i put on bk.com or not. No comment. Al checkin niente salvietta e drink di benenuto. Arriviamo alle 14 ci asegnano una camera che puzza si muffa e formaggio. Ce la siamo fatta cambiare ma abbiamo dovuto aspettare un ora. Al checkin mi hanno perso la carta di immigrazione. Siamo stati 3 notti non hanno cambiato asciugamani e nemmeno rifornito di shampo e sapone. Le pulizie sia in camera che nelle parti comuni lasciano a desiderare. Abbiamo visto anche dei topi. La colazioni alle 6 non e pronta. scendi....e devono ancora preparare le cibarie. Non ci tornerei assolutamente. Personale c e ma e svogliato e fa gran poco.
