Ein dreckiger Disaster
Wir haben diese Unterkunft für 5 Nächte gebucht und lediglich 1 Nacht (zwangsweise) dort verbracht. Es war einfach so dreckig, wir haben uns geekelt die Schubladen anzufassen weil die so befleckt und klebrig waren, das Geschirr stand mit altem Fett im Schrank, im Kühlschrank befanden sich abgelaufene (bis 01.2023) Produkte, was schon gesundheitsbedenklich war. In der Mitte des Flurs lagen noch alte Socken von jemandem. Dafür hätten wir 300 euro Reinigungspauschale bezahlen müssen- ein Witz. Im Haus lag keinerlei Informationen, z.B. wie die Küchengeräte funktionieren. Wir haben versucht den Gastgeber zu kontaktieren - natürlich erfolglos. Durch die Hotline haben wir uns über den Zustand beschwert und schickten Novasol Bilder als Nachweis. Daraufhin hat sich niemand zwecks weiterer Vorgehensweise bei uns gemeldet. Wir haben das Haus am nächsten Morgen direkt verlassen und Novasol telefonisch darüber informiert. Leider hat der Herr am Telefon kaum deutsch gesprochen. Nach 2 Tagen haben wir eine Mail erhalten, dass das Haus "jetzt" wieder sauber wäre und dass wir keine Rückerstattung erhalten werden. Uns fehlen die Worte, wie man mit den Gästen, dazu mit einem 3-jährigem Kind, so umgehen kann. Wir warten bis heute mindestens auf die Rechnungskorrektur zur Reinigungspauschale. Die Bude war nach unserem Kurzbesuch sauberer als vorher.
