Villa Charlotte is a new, modern and spacious 9-bedroom villa, with a large heatable swimming pool, 2 XL jacuzzis, 8 bathrooms and much more to offer its guests. Affording a prime location in Armação de Pera with breathtaking sea views and only 850m from the best golden sandy beaches, this spectacular villa, built, furnished and decorated to the highest of standards throughout, will ensure a luxurious, relaxing holiday in the sun.

Comfortably sleeping 26 + 8 guests, the villa offers amazing facilities to enjoy during your stay, both inside and out.

There is a fully equipped games room on the lower floor providing hours of entertainment for all guests, with a pool table, ping pong table and table football. There are also 4 bedrooms on this floor; one with 4 single beds, one with 2 single beds, one with a double bed and one with 4 bunk bed sets (sleeps 8), as well as a fully equipped bathroom and a guest W.C. From this floor there are various patio doors leading out to the terrace and two of the bedrooms have underwater windows to the swimming pool.

On the first floor of this stunning property there are 4 bedrooms (3 with en-suite bathrooms) and an additional separate bathroom.

On the ground floor is a double bedroom with a luxury bathroom, and a guest W.C. This floor also houses a spacious, well-equipped kitchen which includes a dishwasher, washing machine, coffee maker and more, and a large living room with a wall of glass doors leading out to the pool terrace.

Here you can spend your time lounging on the sunbeds (pool towels are provided) or taking a dip in the private swimming pool (heated as an optional extra). A spacious outdoor dining area and BBQ allow for al-fresco meals to be enjoyed by the whole family. At the end of the day, relax and enjoy the sunset from one of the 2 XL jacuzzis (one by the swimming pool, one in the garden area – both available as optional extras) or take in the stunning views from one of the property’s various terraces that look out over the sea.

This property is a sister villa to several other homes in the same complex, all of which have been equipped and decorated to the highest standard of quality.

For guests that wish to hire a car or bring their own car, the villa offers off-road parking for 3 cars.

The changeover day for this property is on Saturday (however, this may be flexible in low season).

Pool Heating will always be an upgrade for your holidays, especially when travelling with children. The temperature of the water when the pool heating is activated will always be between 5ºC and 8ºC higher than if there was no pool heating.
