This hotel needs some minor to major interior renovations. The pipes needs some serious work because you cannot let the water run when brushing your teeth - the water doesn’t go down as fast - it takes a while. The bed was so uncomfortable, as if sleeping on a cardboard box. The bathrooms need some freshening up - it just looked really ran down. Location is great though since it’s in the beginning of Orchard Road which is the shopping haven, and walkable to lots of shopping and restaurants.

Staff were friendly, courteous, and helpful. The room was clean. Carpets in the hallway are dirty and should be cleaned or replaced, but otherwise it was a pleasant stay and highly recommend.

Good central hotel with well trained staff. Decent room with clean sheets, towels and toiletries. There was construction outside our room which was a little noisy during the day but it didnt make a difference to us. Staff helped with taxis and late check-out. Good experience.

I enjoyed it. The room was big and great. There many outlets in the room. The toilet was clean and there was a bathtub. The view from the room was amazing. The amenities was very satisfactory. The mini fridge was very convenient.
