Great property! The staff were wonderfully helpful all around. Without even asking, I was given an early check-in when I arrived and offered a hospitality suite before leaving for the airport. The hotel is connected to shopping malls by walkway, which is also where the duck and hop-on, hop-off tours leave. Very convenient to Singapore sights and a good value. Highly recommend!

The hotel is lovely but our room on level 21 was musty and not well ventilated - it gave my wife and I asthma so we would not stay at this property again The concierge staff were excellent - great service and recommendations Very well located close to several malls If they can fix the ventilation issues then I’d recommend it

Pan Pacific showed a new level of hospitality. They were efficient and effective in catering if you were wanting to stay inside and offered great choices to eat out at. Pan pacific is conveniently located close to a lot of malls and restaurants so you can get your steps in without having to pay for a number of taxis or local transport options. If you are needing to use public transport you will have trains and busses at your disposal around Pan Pacific. The view was stunning and absolutely gorgeous, cannot wait to come back and experience it all again.

Amazing hotel with fantastic views of Marina Bay Sands and Gardens by the Bay. Central to places such as Raffles Hotel and Suntec City. Nightly price was very reasonable for level of excellence and location. I would definitely stay here again!

Good service by its entire staff, Very convenient and centralized location. However, very dated property - paint on furniture peeling off, strange smell in the room, broken plumbing/clugged bath tub, flooded floor every time bath was taken, weird drapery on the window, and on and on. To make it worse, relatively small space and uncomfortably tight layout, especially when comparing to nearby hotel properties.

Excellent friendly service. Club room, housekeeping hit and miss. breakfast in club lounge, ordered off menu but extras were taken from the buffet, I would have expected it cooked fresh.

Connected to 4 shopping malls. Next door Japanese grocery store, bakery, both present good food options for us. We are walkers so distance to all attractions are acceptable to us. Excellent breakfast buffet though pricey over $40USD pp. Planned to stay there again especially when right next door is rentable outdoor court for pickleball. However, Singapore has only two temps: hot or hotter, not certain we can bear playing in the heat.
