Clean hotel
The hotel was clean. Just ask for your beddings or towels to be changed. They cleaned our room everyday. The staff were kind and accommodating especially Jaspeet. It is quite near Rochor station so we did not have any problem in sightseeing and going to the National Stadium for the Eras Tour. There is also a 7/11 and restos near the area. We had a nice and comfortable stay. Thank you. 😊

Had my worst hotel stay at this hotel. 1st - the rooms gets flooded due to leakage of air-cond water. The staff wouldnt do anything to solve, but will come next morning to mop the water off. 2nd - There was no toilet bowl seat when i checked in. They only replaced one the next day. Thats 24 hours after my check in. The reason given at the front desk was, ' yeah, we have few rooms where the toilet bowl seat is broken, so we removed it. if you want i can buy and fix tomorrow'. I stayed there 3 nights, and each night it would get floored with water and i didn't get to change room even after multiple request. The worst customer service i have ever seen !!!
