The ticketing counter closes at 6 PM.

The hotel is advertised as an adult only hotel, but it is also connected with another hotel under the same group, having to share some facilities between the two, so there were still kids everywhere, especially for the pool area, which was a little bit disappointing for us because we wanted a quieter place to stay and relax. We also saw some parents bringing children to their rooms throughout the time we stayed, but we weren’t sure if they were just violating the hotel policy or what…

One night stay
Stayed for a night as my friend was having her wedding at sky garden nearby. Room was excellent and super comfy. I like the hot water dispenser, very cool, as opposed to a kettle. At check in, received a welcome drink which was nice however I felt the service could have been better. I don't know if it was a busy time when I checked in but in general the vibe from most of the staff didn't seem the most friendly or welcoming. I do appreciate the FOH that checked me in and gave me the mini bar options. Unfortunately there was an incident at the 1 altitude bar in the evening (external event) that prevented my friends and I from going up to enjoy a drink to end our night. Was slightly disappointed with that. Overall would stay here again though. The rooms were very comfortable

The hotel is located away from the city, the room is nice and the hotel is clean it difficult for taxis to get in and room service come wanting a credit card payment at the door which is so strange. The staff are friendly but the taxi fare to the center is high, the train system is very complicated in Singapore unless your a cloak and it doesnt accept cash or American Express.

Outpost was modern in layout, service, fragrance... loved the experience. Bidet was a new and positive experience. Size of the room was very welcome :) Most memorable were the staff - everyone was more than helpful, to the point of being warm and personal. We both can't wait to go back ASAP!

This property was advertised as adult only, it is not. The only adult area is the roof top pool, but the music was so loud you couldn’t have a conversation. The hotel wifi continually failed. We were then given an access code to the neighbouring hotel. Insufficient subbed for the size of the resort. by 8 am in the morning people had reserved befs that wasnt used all day. on the positive thevroom was clean and comfortable.

Had a staycation with my bestie for the second time in this property. First one was great because the property was relatively new. So the second time, can tell that the property is around for a while. Still love the complimentary snacks, personalized service. They should have native kitchen as in room dining. Also, in room dining by altitude does not have much option. Overall still great experience!

Hotel was modern and clean. Reception staff do not help taxi drivers to unload your luggage and it can take a while to check in. We were given a $10 food voucher but later found out it could only be used at the pool bar so it was virtually useless. Reception take a considerable time to answer the telephone. Nice to be able to use the pool at the sister hotel as it is very large. Only dairy free milk powder given for tea. No wardrobe space in the rooms really or storage space for large bags.

Just loved our stay here, which was only 2 nights on our way home to conquer jet lag. Everything is close and also only a few minutes walk to the Sentosa Express which then links you to the rest of the train / bus network. Check-in was easy and the staff were friendly and professional.

* the door was on the car park and hidden away * housekeeping was poor, no towels, rubbish left behind * limited breakfast and in room dining menu * pool staff level 7 unhelpful, rude * pool level 3 kids vomit not addressed * QR code to reenter Sentosa island changed too often and was not communicated clearly * fridge in room was not cold * shower head fell apart while using it * advertised as adults only but there were children in the hotel * local events were not promoted or things to do in Singapore * staff didn’t seem to know about anything WOULD NOT RECOMMEND

It’s a nice resort on the Sentosa Island. Room is a little small, room service (which seems overworked) doesn’t vacuum the floor, and occasionally forget things. Food options are limited with the top floor restaurant which is subpar.

Great hotel with bad service
The outpost hotel is not exactly accessible outside of walking and driving. It is meant to be the premium sister of Village hotel but the checkin process is must flawed and a waste of time. The Lobby was tiny and there is nowhere to queue, leading to crowds stuck in an unorderly fashion. It is also slow checkin process with many unhappy customers at the checkin counter after 3pm who are unable to get their room key after checking in. Not the best experience
