HOW TO BOOK:

We recommend booking stays from Saturday to Saturday, with a stay of 3 to 7 days. If you wish to reserve a week on horseback on other days, do not hesitate to contact us to specify rates and availability.


SUPPLEMENT ABOUT THE LOCATION:
Villas Sitges Bianca is located in Sitges in the Levantina Urbanization area, a small hill overlooking Sitges with high-end villas and total tranquility.
Car is recommended, the bus is 150 meters away (frequency every half hour).
It can be reached on foot but in summer with the heat, the slight climb up the hill (100 meters high) can be a brake.

We recommend a vehicle to go up and down the urbanization. You can park in the lower part of the urbanization and then go to Sitges on foot: Beaches, Sitges center, shops, etc ... all 1 minute by car to the bottom of the urbanization and 5 minutes on foot.

The beaches of Sitges as the center are 5 minutes by car, 10 minutes on foot. Car is recommended.

Carrefour Market is 2 km from the Villa. 7 minutes from the beach of San Sebastián by car. 30 minutes from Barcelona by car. The nearest restaurants and bars are located 2 km from the Villa.
Finally, 850 meters from the Villa, is the Mirador de Levantina Sitges where you can enjoy the magnificent view!

- Full final cleaning: at the end of the second week, cost 400 €.

9. Stays of three weeks:
- Two mid-stay cleanings (one in the middle of the first week and one in the middle of the second week), each costing 100 €.
- Full final cleaning: at the end of the third week, cost 400 €.

10. Stays of one month:
- Three mid-stay cleanings: one mid-stay cleaning at the end of each week, each costing 100 €.
- Full final cleaning: at the end of the month, cost 400 €.

Other Charges and Policies:

11. Short Stay Surcharge including New Year's Eve:
- Surcharge of 500 €.

12. Indoor Heated Pool:
- Optional 350 € (200 € in winter).

13. Deposit:
- 1,500 € for stays of at least 7 days.
- 2,000 € for other stays.

14. Additional Charge for Heating and Electricity:
- From 15/10 to 15/04, an additional weekly charge of 250 € will be applied for heating and electricity consumption.

15. Check-in and Check-out Times:
- Check-in between 17:00 and 20:00 on Saturdays.
- Check-out at 12:00 on Saturdays.
- Late check-in: After 20:00 until 24:00 -> 45 €.
- After 00:00 -> 70 €.
