atrocious option
booked this on the Friday ahead of our stay on Monday, we planned to stay for 5 nights. We never had any contact with the host regarding check in info or access info for the key safe, we weren't even sent the address and had to find it using google street view. Host ghosted us completely and the customer service team at VRBO also couldn't get in contact with him. We ended up having to pay out to stay at a local hotel and hope that we could get our money back. 0/10 complete waste of time, honestly avoid at all cost.
