We have recently come back from a week staying at Villa Albanis and we had an amazing time. The apartment was spotless, the location was excellent, the view were stunning and the owner (Stavros) couldn't do enough to make our stay as enjoyable as possible. We have stayed on Skiathos on many occasions and I can honestly say, that for self catering apartments, Villa Albanis is by far the best! We will definitely be returning!!!

Property beautifully decorated and well equipped. Even had hairdryer and straighteners. Great location and situated in a lovely quiet spot away from the main road. Owner is a lovely friendly guy who couldn’t be more helpful. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay here!

Idéalement situé, on peut aller aussi rapidement dans l’Est que dans l’Ouest de l’île. Nous étions en voiture mais la station de bus se trouve à quelques dizaines de mètres de l’appart hôtel et la plage est très facilement accessible à pieds avec une piscine pour changer de la mer. L’établissement est récent et très propre. La remarquable différence avec d’autres logements au delà des aspects que je viens de citer ci-dessus c’est la gentillesse qui se lit dans les yeux et le sourire de Stavros qu’il transmet à sa famille et son équipe. Ne cherchez plus c’est à la Villa Albanis qu’il faut séjourner.

Clean and modern interior, nice pool area. Very quiet location but really well located between Koukounaries and Skiathos town. Busstop 15 is a few minutes walk. Best of all is the owner: so friendly and really went out of his way to make our trip the best. Thanks Stavros! Restaurant Infinity Blue next door is a real gem too.

Excellent! Best place in Skiathos
All is fantastic! Big room very clean and in a perfect position into the island. Communication with owner was excellent and He is very nice person! Try Villa Albanis!
