Come stay with your family or friends at our 4-bedroom century home in Smiths Falls! Sit back & relax with complimentary Netflix, cook in the spacious fully-equipped kitchen, or do some work at a sunny desk by the window. This house is 100+ years old with high ceilings and lots of character. It has been recently renovated and can sleep 6 people (1 king, 1 double, 2 twin beds). There are 2 workstations so you can work from home, a fenced backyard to enjoy, and a parking spot designated for you.

❄️ Residents are reminded that Winter Parking Restrictions are in effect between 12:00 a.m. (midnight) and 7:00 a.m. until March 31st, 2024.
❄️ It is important to keep vehicles off the streets and out of Town owned parking lots during these restricted hours. Vehicles parked during the restricted hours may be issued a ticket and/or towed at the owner’s expense.

Great location, really nice place to stay
We were very impressed with the property. The owner seems to have thought of all amenities required for a comfortable stay. Very spacious, lots of beds, recommended. Only issue we had was the walls between houses are a bit thin!

Charming century home
Our family met for Thanksgiving weekend. The home was very nicely appointed, spacious and comfortable. All the basics were available to use in the kitchen and we brought more specific items we needed. The beds were comfortable and we had access to Netflix and other channels to watch movies together. The host was very responsive to questions and a pleasure to deal with. We would return if we were going back to that area.

Enjoyable stay. Everything you need.
Very enjoyable stay. Home was in an area of smith falls that was easy walking distance to canal and downtown restaurants. Prompt response from owner. The home is a duplex. It was as pictured and very well equipped with everything we needed. The lack of a washroom on the main floor has been previously mentioned. While it had been renovated, the home was starting to show the wear and tear of renters. It would benefit from a coat of paint to refresh it.

The house was fine and everything was well kept, except for the dining table, which really needs replacing, as it is full of blisters. The kitchen and living area were great, most bedrooms have air on, which was needed.

Beautiful property with everything you need to stay and enjoy your vacation. The house is located between Ottawa and the Thousand Islands, it is the ideal place to visit the region. The owners are very available to help you if you have any questions. I highly recommend this vacation rental.

The house was very clean and the new renovations looked lovely. We arrived in a heat wave so the air conditioning was an added bonus. The location was within walking distance to the lovely downtown street of Smith Falls and the waterfront area. Josefine was prompt in any questions I had. We enjoyed our time visiting the area and this house was a perfect spot to stay.

Lovely home /all you need
Enjoyed our stay very much! Josephine was super responsive ahead of and during our stay. This home is beautifully redone with all modern amenities. The beds cozy and linen/towels superior quality. The kitchen well stocked and it was appreciated to have on hand some necessities like coffee, olive oil etc The only thing not so great is the single parking spot with no street parking allowed. Not this owners fault - she offered up options within walking distance - unfortunately we got ticketed on William St our 2nd night (our fault). It was a terrific experience overall.

We were very pleased with this rental. It has been nicely renovated throughout, with new kitchen & baths. Very spacious & clean. And with plenty of towels, etc. we never once found we were lacking in such supplies. Laundry room next to the kitchen was convenient. As others have noted

Golfing Getaway
The home is exactly as described and pictured. Completely updated inside, perfect for our 2 day getaway. The kitchen is stocked nicely with the necessities to whip up breakfast. Close to downtown and some nice pubs and restaurants.

We stayed 3 nights in Smiths Falls. The house was very nice and clean. The living area was spacious. Well stocked kitchen and amenities. The hosts reached out to make sure that our stay was going well (sorry Josephine. I had trouble responding on my end). Would consider staying at this house again.

Very nice older home. The only issue is no bathroom on the main floor. It would be wonderful to have at a half bath on the main floor. The stairs are quite steep and if you are older alot of climbing to get up and down to a bathroom. Other wise it was a well equipped home and very clean.

Very nice place in Smith Falls
We really liked the location of this property. Even thought it is an older home it an an updated layout and nicely decorated. Although not a problem for many it is useful to know that this is a two story house with no bathroom on the main floor and the stair to the second floor are a bit steep. Just something to keep in mind if you are traveling with young or older guests. Communication, check in and all else was great. We enjoyed our stay.

Clean, Cozy and well-equipped
We had a comfortable stay in this well-equipped home. Nicely updated old house. Walking distance to downtown and several good restaurants. Well-equipped kitchen. Fairly quiet area and on-street parking is possible in front of the house. Neighbours' dogs woke us one night but otherwise we slept well.
