We had an amazing time! The hot tub was great. The weather was immaculate! The view was so great. They do have frequent power outages in the area that did last a few hours, so that would be a little bothersome during hot some months but it was great overall! We’d stay again! Thanks!

No Wi-Fi! Needed to unplug. So beautiful and peaceful. Very clean and well kept. On the top of the mountain, beautiful views. Hot tub was great under the stars. Cozy spot to rekindle a flame. Of and the fireplace.

Relaxing Getaway
Remote getaway with scenic views, no wifi, hot tub overlooking a valley/river, new, clean, comfortable bed, tons of DVDs (including The Wire!), fully stocked kitchen, fridge with ice, claw foot bathtub, cozy shower with two shower heads, and a porch with comfortable rocking chairs. While they don't supply shampoo/conditioner/body wash (we had assumed they did since they supplied coffee and kitchen soap, etc), the owner was super responsive and happen to be out and about and actually stopped by the dollar store to pick up some all-in-one soap so we didn't have to leave the cabin. He was so nice and we really appreciated the hospitality as we had just arrived after a 5hrs drive (don't take Merry Hwy if you're heading in from Dallas) and we really didn't want to leave the house. We highly recommend this retreat. It was just what we needed to get away from the hussle and bustle of a busy work life and raising 3 kids. Would definitely consider staying here again in the future!

Just what we needed!
Our stay was well worth the trip. The cabin was great had everything we needed to enjoy some alone time and download from our busy life. Comfortable, inviting and my wife enjoyed the bathtub. I am 100% satisfied with our stay and hope to do it again.

Just What You Need
It was everything we could’ve asked for to get away for the weekend! We spent our one year here and plan to spend all our anniversaries here from now on! So clean, peaceful, relaxing, fully stocked kitchen for staying there and cooking! We just adored this place and I can’t wait to go back!

This was exactly what we needed ( actually we needed to stay for a week) property was immaculate we thought it was brand new, were surprised to find out it was 10 would never guess. We had the most relaxing time, the weather was bad and it didn’t matter made it much easier to not hike or do something physical haha would definitely stay here again. Just was on the ball with communication 5? Stars all around

Birthday Weekend at Morning Sky
My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Morning Sky cabin. We found ourselves continually taking in the amazing view, especially from the back deck. The cabin was very clean and had everything we needed. The driving instructions to the cabin were very helpful and had no problem finding our way. We would highly recommend this cabin to a couple who are looking to get away and unwind and be surrounded by the beauty of nature.

Couple Getaway / Fall Foliage Fun
We have had a trip to do the Talimena Scenic Drive in the Fall on our list for a couple years now and we’re so excited to do it this year. This cabin was the perfect place to stay during our trip and so much so we barely left. The views are beyond words and the cabin itself created an atmosphere for us to recharge and rekindle during a much needed break from reality, work, and family.

“All peopled out”

What a wonderful cabin! Loved the seclusion. The outdoor shower was great even on a chilly morning cause there was plenty of hot water. Great view from the back deck. Just wish it was located closer to Hochatown. It is a little bit of a drive to the cabin. But all in all it was worth it. One suggestion: there needs to be a place to put one's soap and towel when using the outdoor shower.

Nothing Short of Perfection!
Wow! From the moment we walked through the door until the day we had to leave, this cabin felt like paradise. The cabin is equipped with everything you need for a relaxing, peaceful vacation. The only thing I would have liked, besides more time, is a place to unpack my clothes.
