Kaunis Oceanfront 2 makuuhuone, 2. kerroksessa huoneisto. Nukkuu 7 mukavasti. Täydellinen keittiö, johon mahtuu 8 ruokaa, astiat ja pannut, mikroaaltouuni, kahvinkeitin, pyyhkeet ja peitot. Lomakohde ilman vaivaa tuoda lakanat, astiat, ect; vain tuo henkilökohtaisia esineitä ja päivittäistavaroita ja RELAX :) On hyvin ihana ja rauhallinen rannalla!

Rakennuksen edessä on hiekkasäkkejä, jotka suojaavat rakennusta rantojen eroosioilta. Suora pääsy rannalle rakennuksestamme on saatavilla laskuveden aikana. Jokaisessa rakennuksessa, johon voit käyttää, on 7 muuta pääsyä sekä sinisen rakennuksen 1 pohjoispuolella oleva julkinen pääsy, noin 2 taloa (2-3 min kävelymatka) valkoista rantahiekkaa koko ajan. se, jota käytämme nousuveden aikana. Käytä hyviä harkintoja käytettäessä sekä portaita että uintia.

Yhteiset alueet: grillipaikka (tuo puuhiili), koripallo ja tenniskenttä.
Julkinen lasten puisto kadulla, sekä kävely / kalastuslaituri. On pieni lähikauppa ja Tiki-baari lyhyen kävelymatkan päässä kadulta. Oceans Edge -ravintola sijaitsee 7. kerroksessa St. Regis (vieressä oleva yhteisö). Ravintolat, päivittäistavarat ja myymälät sijaitsevat myös Sneadsferrryssä (15 min ajomatka) Surf City (20 minuutin rannikkokäyttö) ja monia vaihtoehtoja Wilmingtonissa (50 minuutin ajomatka)

Ruoka leijona, cvs, ruusut, dollarin yleinen, dollarin puu, 2 rantakauppaa, mcdonalds, Taco-kello, kiinalainen ruoka, 2 baaria ruoan kanssa, sijaitsevat kaikki sneadsferryssä (15 min)

topsail beach stay
the condo needs some attention. The doors don't shut in both bedrooms entrance door also needs some work cabinet shelves were out the air conditioner in LR is so loud you can't use it most things are easy to fix but just neglected I would not recommend this condo the beds were comfortable and the apartment was pretty clean

I didn't know until the day before that it was on the 2nd floor. I thought it was ground floor. I found it dangerous to have to get to the beach from the deck in the back of the condo . The stairs were very slick because they stay wet. And i witnessed several people fall trying to get to the beach area .

If you love listening to waves while falling asleep this is the place!
Very pleased with property. A very comfortable place to relax and enjoy the beach. I had a small issue on arrival and it was quickly and very politely rectified.

Basically in the water
The actual unit was fine. We wanted to chill at the beach and be able to have a few drinks and then WALK back to the unit. At this location the water is pretty much at the door and there is no beach. Therefore we had to drive which is not what we wanted to do.

Property was clean but starting to show some age. Beach at property was not usable because the water literally came up to the dunes at high tide. Average experience but wouldn’t stay here again.

I would book again.
The stay was wonderful. Close to the beach, clean when we arrived and the AC's worked great. They are a bit noisy but nothing that cant be worked around. The only downfall we could mention was the chairs at the table and bar were both so uncomfortable. We spent time playing games with the family at night and they were not comfortable at all. Beds were comfortable though and the space worked for my family. Shower was nice and big. I would stay again.

Great Stay
The listing is exactly what it says it is. Great location on the beach. Balcony on the side has a good view of the ocean. Very close to the water so can easily see and hear the waves. Condo was clean and cozy. Highly recommend.

Awesome little place, great access to the beach.
This was a perfect place for a long weekend in Top Sail. The condo was clean and was stocked just as the host described. The beds were comfortable and the linens and towels were soft. We had chairs rented right at the public beach access a few hundred yards away which was an easy walk. We found so many shark teeth and a large conch, we will absolutely come back. Bonus was the super affordable little store/dive bar just across the street!

Great little stay!
We had a great time! Property is exactly as described, very quiet and peaceful. The host was fantastic and extremely quick to respond to any questions I had!! Beautiful side view of the ocean! It is a 15 min drive to restaurants and other stores so if you want to be closer than that, not the place for you. The only negative I had was during high tide you cannot walk out from the building to the ocean, you have to use a public access which is a little walk. We had chairs and other belongings therefore, we had to drive as we could not carry everything that distance! However, would definitely stay again!!

Needs some work
Let me start with the positive. Location was perfect if you want to be on the water. The host was great as well. Now the not so good, I saw three cockroaches in the apartment. This is not good for a VRBO. The place is in disrepair. You can see they have tried to dress it up a bit but it need more than paint. The appliances are dated, the doors on the bedrooms don’t close, the patio door needs maintenance and the AC units were so load that it made general conversation difficult.The walk out to the beach was also not able to be used. I have stayed at a number of VRBO’s and unfortunately this one missed the mark. I think I would have rated it higher had I not had a concern the cockroaches I didn’t see. I really think they should consider paying a professional to gut the place and do a total make over and pay a professional exterminator. I could get past the disrepair but not bugs, that’s not ok. Again the location and the host were fantastic the place just needs a lot of work.

Good place
This property is very beautiful and so comfortable to stay at. Only thing I have to say and maybe it my fault and didn’t read the entire description but there is no elevator for the handicapped. We were in the second floor. It turned out to be quite the cardio work out for I have a leg that doesn’t work all that great. But all in all it was a very good stay.
