Jätä huolesi ja rentoudu rannalla. Upea merinäköala parvekkeelta, olohuoneesta ja keittiöstä. 1 vuode / 1 kylpy Oceanfront huoneisto. Vuodepaikkoja 4 (1 queen-vuode, 1 queen-vuodesohva. Kätevä 1. kerroksen vuokra.

Loistava tilaisuus poimia merikeltoja, surffata kalastusta tai lyhyen kävelymatkan päässä joen tuloaukosta vain 1/4 kilometrin päässä! Tai kokeile suuria kaloja laiturissa vain 3 kilometrin päässä :)

Topsail-saarella on rannan eroosio äiti-luonteen vuoksi. Tässä yhteisössä on 8 yksityistä portaita ja 1 julkinen pääsy (vasemmalle pysäköintialueelta), joita voidaan käyttää pääsyyn vuokralaisten ja asunnon omistajille Topsailin riutalla. Käytä hyvää harkintaa, mihin pääsyyn käytät vuorovesi tulee eri aikoina koko päivän ja yön aikana.

Siivoustarvikkeita, roskapussit, wc-paperia ja helposti pilaantuvia niittejä ei taata varastoitaviksi. Mutta olemme jättäneet siellä paljon tavaraa. Voit vapaasti käyttää sitä, jos haluat!

Relaxing sound of the ocean waves
Property was great. If you prefer a beach to walk out to, this is not for you. The tide there leaves no beach to walk on. It is straight ocean unless you wait for the low tide whi ch in our case only allowed like 3 foot of wet beach sand exposed to do so. There is public beach access up the road if thats what you are wanting to do. We did enjo enjoy the ocean waves right under our balcony pretty much and also the sound of the waves as we slept in the back bedroom. It is loud and and no need to open windows or doors to hear it. The only problem we had was with the heater. We went in November so nights were a bit cold but the heater wouldnt heat the area and would constantly make a weird sound then shut off, only staying on for like 3 or 4 min at a time. Me and my daughter froze at night so we dressed in full clothes, snuggled, and shared her blanket she brought. We were only there two nights visiting Camp Lejeune where my late husband was stationed so i didnt bother contacting the owner. Overall the place was great!hadhad to wear full clothes and mypu

Honestly! I stay at VRBO’s quite a bit and this bed is the most comfortable one that I’ve had! Kudos to the owner for caring about visitor’s comfort!

The views cannot be beat
Pull out the sofa mattress and wake up to the waves! The tide was magical during our stay. There are two keyboxes on the door so be sure to check both. We love Topsail and look forward to visiting again soon.

If you are looking for a place that you can go to and find peace this is it. I do not do touristing, I go for the ocean and the peace. Year rounders are great if you speak to them. I just go sit on the balony, go find good food, go to the bar up the street and that's all I need when I'm there. Thanks again for a great stay

It was clean but…
The unit was clean, which is always a great thing. However, the door handle on the fridge had been torn off. That didn’t affect the fridge operation but it’s not what you expect in a rental. The big issue was the AC in the bedroom - it was loud! Every time it came on, it woke both my wife and I up. There was also some kind of funky smell in the unit. One last thing, don’t stay here for beach access, there’s no beach here . The ocean comes right up to the sandbag wall and stays there most of the day.

Perfect Retreat!
The condo was perfectly situated right on the beach. Beach access was right around the corner. The condo was very clean and had everything we needed. The host was easy to contact and immediately responsive. We will be back!

Just an overnight
My daughter and I stayed only one night as NC was not our final destination. We arrived around 9:30 pm and left by 10:30 am so our use of the property was limited. We enjoyed sitting on the balcony listening to the ocean before going to bed and watching the people collect shells the next morning as we ate breakfast on the balcony. We also enjoyed a short beach walk before departing. The place was nicely decorated. The furniture comfortable. It was clean and we felt safe. We would stay there again if we ever find ourselves that way.

Peace on earth!
This was the furthest North we have stayed at Topsail, but it’s a wonderful location. We loved being on the first floor. Upon entering the room we were stunned at how fresh and clean condo was. It was one of the cleanest rentals we’ve ever been in. First we will talk about the view! You cannot get any closer to the ocean. Due to no fault of the owner, the beach is unable during high tide, but to sit on the deck and watch the ocean is breathtaking. There was no noise from neighbors and we were at complete peace for 4 days. My husband slept in the bed and said it was comfortable and the air conditioner kept him cool. I slept on the pull out couch and i was shocked that it was actually comfortable and the air conditioning kept the whole room comfortable. The coffee pot worked and there were cups, glasses, plates, etc. This rental is a gem and i can’t wait to go back. The only downside is i wish we could have stayed longer.

Perfect location right on the waves in North Topsail. Minutes away from delicious food and convenience items. Ice cold air-conditioning. Nothing like drinking coffee while watching the waves in the wind from the balcony. So beautiful! Hope to come back again. Thanks for everything.

Family Summer Vacation

Oceanfront Escape
I was in town for a retirement ceremony and found this little gem for lodging. It’s a clean little oceanfront condo. There isn’t much of a beach at high tide, but you can certainly make it work.

Delightful Condo
The condo was wonderful - exactly as advertised! Our surroundings were very quiet - no vehicle noise or rowdy neighbors. You cannot get closer to the ocean. At high tide the condo is 50+ feet from the ocean. Easy access to the beach is on a short "pier" and 15+ steps down. The owner was prompt and provided detailed info about the condo. We highly recommend this condo.
