The location of the unit is great. My favorite part of any stay is enjoying coffee while watching the sun rise and this location did not disappoint. Loved their outdoor chairs…been looking for the same ones to take back to PA!

Family beach trip
Overall it was a very nice and clean place and right on the beach. The only complaint I have is that we had to climb the stairs to get to our room and the front screen door wouldn’t close. Our family enjoyed it very much. I recommend to anyone to stay here. Thank you for such a relaxing place to have our family trip

If you want quiet seclusion
Our family had never been to Topsail Beach, but knew we wanted to get away with not a lot of touristy attractions. Topsail is a quiet, peaceful beach. The condo we stayed in was perfect and met all of our needs. Management was super helpful as well. Relaxing time well spent.
