Summit 102A - 3 Br Condo Steps From Village & Slopes

SUMMIT #102A - 3 BEDROOM, 2 BATH CONDO - BEDDING: The large Master has a King Bed and a Jacuzzi tub, flat screen TV; BR #2 has a double bed and BR #3 has twin beds with extra storage for clothing. This unit has a spacious living room with a welcoming gas fireplace as well as a 55" flat screen Smart TV with access to both cable and streaming (Netflix, HBO Max, etc.). The kitchen is fully stocked and plenty of games and books to enjoy. In the condo, you will find a washer/dryer for your convenience PLUS a nice gas grill on the back deck for cookouts. There are two mounted hair dryers, one in each bathroom. There is also a storage area to store ski equipment in the entryway. Being on the Western side gives you privacy, beautiful views (the sunsets are amazing!!!), and wildlife. This condo is on the first floor so you can feed the deer right from your deck!

Summit is located across the road from the Rimfire Lodge and below the General Parking Lot.. Snowshoe Mountain is made up of three distinct areas with trail options ranging from manicured groomers to challenging steeps, bumps, and glades. The charming mountain-top village has a variety of activities to match. This Summit condo is the perfect place to spend a long weekend and you will not want to leave! Snowshoe boasts the most slopes and vertical descent of any resort in the mid-Atlantic.

~ Reservation holders must complete check-in requirements.
~ The reservation holder must submit a photo of their driver's license, and a selfie holding their driver's license for verification
~ A signed Rental Agreement must be returned within 24 hours of booking
~ No Pets - Pets found in non-pet properties are forbidden and will result in immediate eviction without refund and incur a $250.00 charge to the credit card on file
~ No Smoking
~ No large gatherings
~ Check in time is after 4:00 PM
~ Check out time is 10:00 AM
~ Mandatory quiet hours between 10 pm and 8 am
~ Minimum age of reservation holder is 25
~ No mailbox access will be granted, no exceptions are made.
~ For homes with a private hot tub, a cleaning fee of $100.00 is charged at the time of booking.

Long Weekend with Family

The condo did the job. Location to village and skiing was great. Was nice and cozy for a long weekend with kids. Master bathroom was a tad chilly and the bathtub/shower would be impossible for an elderly person to get into. But overall we had a wonderful time and the condo was great. Would definitely stay again. No hassle getting in and out and owners were quick to respond to questions. Kitchen/Laundry/Bathrooms all fully stocked!

Perfect for family!

I went on a ski trip with my three brothers and husband! The condo was perfect for all 5 of us. Everything was in easy walking distance and spacious for myself and four grown men. The condo was well equipped too! My one complaint was the specific items that were included in the check in email that were not provided (I.e. crock pot, three trash bags and dishwashing soap) Overall this did not affect our trip but we were told we would have! We had a wonderful time and can’t wait to come back!

This was a great place to stay while at snowshoe. Everything is well stocked and taken care of. No issues at all during the stay. The check out time of 10:00 was not ideal.

Location is super, and the condo had a very well equipped kitchen, bathrooms, and grill. but parking is very limited (max 2 vehicles for a 3 bedroom rental) and the WIFI was weak. Oh, and check in was at the bottom of the MTN.

Christmas 2020

We enjoyed our stay over the holiday. We arrived around 9 pm after a 6 hr drive only to find that the front door lock passcode not working. I ran into town and was able to find some cell service, but it took over an hour to get into the condo. The manager came over with keys to let us in. Overall, it was a pleasant stay with a working fireplace, but the master bath fan was not installed :( Also, there’s a huge flight of stairs to get into town/lifts so be prepared. A bus circulates and will get you near where you want. Make sure you have lift tickets available for the days you plan to ski...we had to change our dates as a result of that and make sure to bring food and beverages.
