Breathtaking forest views can be had from every window of the home, and Emigrant trail passes through the property. Spend time indoors keeping cozy by the wood-burning stove and playing board games or foosball, making memories that'll last a lifetime.

Upon entry, you'll be met with a bright interior filled with natural light, thanks to the floor-to-ceiling windows in the well-appointed living area. Relax and make yourself at home by resting on the plush furniture, marveling at the rustic yet contemporary decor, and experiencing comfort in every corner. Stream your favorite movies on the large TV while the group's chef whips up culinary charms in the sophisticated kitchen, equipped with ample cupboard room, a breakfast bar, and a formal dining table. Comfortable beds in spacious bedrooms ensure that everyone will enjoy a wonderful night's rest from the day's adventures. The main bedroom is the epitome of comfort with a luxurious en suite bathroom, complete with an oversized walk-in shower and jetted tub.

Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximum occupancy and quiet hours. This technology is privacy compliant, and only monitors the presence of decibels and devices-not any personal conversation or information. Thank you for supporting our efforts to be good neighbors!

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
