Poolside and Beachfront Remodeled Close to Everything!

Welcome to our 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom ocean view retreat. We have are so excited to host you in our beautifully remodeled space overlooking the pool and ocean. Open the windows and enjoy the cool ocean breeze throughout the day while making meals and drinks in the stunning kitchen complete with new appliances, a wine fridge, quartz countertops and all the cooking essentials you can think of. The convenient location just off the pool is one of our favorite features, as we can very easily grab food, drinks, and anything else we need from the condo just a few steps away. While we have many amazing restaurants close by, you won't want to leave the table on your private balcony with the most stunning sunset views. Morning coffee is that much better when get to watch the dolphins at the same time!

From soft linens, to children's books, sand toys, a cooler, pickle ball rackets, beach chairs, a pack n play, booster seat, and even a sound machine for babies, we really like to think we have thought of everything to give you the best vacation possible! Our living room has plenty of seating to gather in to enjoy evening sunsets and movies on our smart TV. Our Wifi is also the fastest speed you can get, which makes working away from home stress free.

Our safe, gated community also has private beach access, BBQs available for you to grill on, two indoor hot tubs, pickleball/ tennis courts and a gym. We really have it all!

Walk to the Del Mar Fair grounds to enjoy concerts during the summer, the fair, festivals and many other fun events that are held here throughout the year. You can even walk to one of the most popular restaurants in San Diego, The Brigantine, which has amazing fish tacos and incredible views. You can walk to all that downtown Solana Beach has to offer, including the train station that will take you up and down the coast, many delicious restaurants, yummy coffee shops, art studios, and trendy shopping. There is so much to do and see here! Venture out to one of the scenic hikes nearby, such as the mushroom caves, or check out a concert at our local venue, Belly Up Tavern, wine taste at Carruth on Cedros Ave or check out local brews across the street . You can rent bikes and cruise the coastal trail to Encinitas where there are even more restaurants, shops and yoga studios. We have many recommendations in our welcome manual we supply our guests with!

Beautiful condo, loved Solana Beach
Beautiful condo, perfect for our family of four. We loved the pickleball courts and walking down to the beach each day. The Solana Beach/Del Mar area is incredible. Everyone was friendly, restaurants were amazing, and we had warm sunny weather in January! Highly recommend staying here. Also recommend Jake’s Del Mar, Little Joy Coffee, Powerhouse playground for kids, and View Point Brewing! We really hope to return.

We came in for the Breeders Cup at Del Mar. Everything was perfect. The condo was bright and clean, and we had easy access to the pools and the beach. We will be back next year.

Beautiful ocean front condo
This was our third stay in this unit and it did not disappoint. The condo is impeccably renovated and the furnishings are stylish and comfortable. The new management has included items previously missing such as beach towels, beach chairs, toys, etc., which made this stay one of our most enjoyable. My only suggestion would be to better clarify check in instructions to include the gate code and parking space number.

Great experience with small personal pool and bluff top view of the ocean from a large first floor patio. We watched the sunset every night! Nice interior with two bedrooms and wonderful amenities. Close parking space in the garage and on site tennis/pickle ball, larger pool and jacuzzi. Easy access to Del Mar, Encinitas and I5. We already booked our next stay.

AMAZING Location!!
We would 100% stay here again. It was incredible. The amenities, location, beauty, layout, and communication. Everything was perfect. The two things we wish were different were the lack of airflow/heat in our bedrooms and the wifi. We had three fans in our master bedroom and still could not get cool at night. It was August, but I still wish there was a better way to change the temp. The wifi was really inconsistent and we had zero cell service on the entire property. So wifi was the only way we could communicate with our family if they stepped out of the house. We could make phone calls via Wi-Fi, too. I work for myself, so it was pretty impossible to do so. If they can fix the Wi-Fi and find a better fan system for the bedrooms, this place would be a 10/10.

Beautiful condo on the beach!
What a lovely clean spacious condo on Solana Beach! Flawless check in with perfect instructions. The kitchen is perfect and has everything you need to make meals, coffee! Wine fridge and a spacious refrigerator and freezer! Big TV’s and lovely living area. Bedrooms have very comfortable king beds with white linens, perfection . Bathrooms are very nice, great water pressure and a great washer and dryer! Steps to a beautiful beach that never seemed crowded! We loved it here and hope to return soon. I’m picky about places and this condo passed the Patty test LOL. Thank you for having us , Alyssa

Amazing Property and Accommodating Host
There were 5 of us. My spouse and I, my Dad and step-mom and my college age son. The host was communicative and clear about check-in, the place was spotless, the kitchen well stocked, the beds were comfortable, and the location of this property couldn't be better. Amazing views, gorgeous beach and high end luxurious touches without being stuffy. I appreciated having the bogie boards, beach chairs and umbrellas. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook meals and it was amazing falling asleep to the sound of the ocean each night. We'll be back!!

Fantastic location

Lovely quiet complex right on the beach. Lots of amenities but this ground floor condo was updated, clean and perfect view. Everything we needed for ten days attending a horse show at the race track. Easy to walk to coffee, beach and many great food options.

Holidays with ocean views
Our stay was during the holidays for over a week. The place was very comfortable and had everything we needed for our family of four. It's nicely remodeled and felt spacious. We enjoyed the ocean views, especially at sunset, and used the pool and hot tub. Great location with shops and restaurants nearby, many within a few minutes walk. Lots of good walks/hikes near and on the beach.

October Beach Stay
We would definitely stay here again. The condo is very clean and in a great location. While sitting at the patio you are poolside and also have a great view of the ocean. It is evident the condo was recently completely remodeled with high end furnishings in the bathrooms and kitchen. Alyssa is a conscientious and detailed hostess. She responds in a timely manner to any concerns or issues. They are addressed immediately. She is also very generous with the bathroom and beach towels which was very appreciated. The beach umbrellas and chairs were in good shape. I will not hesitate to recommend staying here to our friends and family.

Wonderful place with view of the ocean
This is our second time staying here and it was just as amazing as we remembered. The property is super clean, in very good condition, and has a beautiful view of the ocean. It was well equipped with everything that we needed for a 2 week stay, and the laundry machines were very much appreciated. There are stairs with direct access to the beach within the complex, and the kids loved going daily. Only cons - there's no AC and the sliding doors/windows can be a little tough to open and close. Hope I can come back again!

Wonderful place to stay!

Super stay in Solana Beach!
This property is just like the pictures, updated and cozy! We are frequent travelers to the San Diego area and Solana Beach has become our favorite these past few years. This location is dreamy, gorgeous views right out the window or from the pool or clubhouse right out the door. Easy steps down to the beach, and all the necessary beach chairs, umbrellas, toys, etc are provided. You can walk to restaurants, shops, coffee shops, etc easily from this property! And easy drive up to Carlsbad or into Del Mar or La Jolla. Great communication with owners when we needed to check in occasionally about something. Thank you for a great stay, we look forward to coming back!
