Our property offers a 1450 sq ft unit nestled on a 1.3 acre parcel. We are proud to provide the comforts of home during your weekend away or for your 1st time Alaskan adventure!
Our 3 bedrooms include a king size bed, a queen size bed and two twins in a townhouse style duplex.

Highlights include a fully equipped kitchen for an enthusiastic chef; a private deck w/ barbq grill perfect for enjoying your morning cup of coffee before hitting the river to fish or exploring our beautiful peninsula! Also included are D/W & washer/dryer for your convenience.

Great location and house

Quiet and Comfortable
Great location, in a quiet neighborhood close to town and the Kenai River. Simply furnished, beds were comfortable. Could have used a few more real chairs for our group (camp chairs were too short for the table), and kitchen washcloths/towels (there were only one of each). Otherwise great stay, thanks!

Soldotna stay
We were able to spend one night here, and it exceeded expectations. Everything was clean, and the communication with the owners was wonderful. They were also kind enough to let us stay a little later so we could come in from our very wet, but highly successful, fishing trip to get showers!! Thanks guys! You are the best.

Great place to stay
The location was great! We planned day trips to Homer and Seward and it was located between both. We did not fish this trip but they provided a freezer if we had needed. The beds and linens feel and smell great and the fans and dark curtains made sleeping great. The kitchen had everything we needed and the big screen tv was great! We will definitely keep this one on our list for next time.

Great property and location
The location was close to town, but situated in a quiet woodsy neighborhood. Kyle provided all the information we needed while giving us the space to do our thing. I felt like he was available if we needed, we just didn't need him to be. The property was a great hub for halibut and salmon fishing! It was also nice staying at a property with three bedrooms and real beds vs. a futon or pullout couch like a lot of places.

Great value
We were a large group of family members coming down to fish the kenai. The property was spacious and the bed situation worked perfectly for us. Hot water stayed hot, and all the basics were there to use for a weekend stay. Would definitely come again.
