Paradise in Sonoma
This house is absolute perfection! We were a group of five 40-something ladies enjoying our 20-yr college reunion and we all wanted to stay here forever. Even prettier than the photos, the home itself is well-appointed with everything you could ever need. The kitchen is big and beautiful. The yard is private and has many different areas/nooks to sit and relax. We don’t use the pool but enjoyed the hot tub. The home was an enjoyable ~20-min walk to downtown Sonoma, or a very quick cab ride or drive. Parking at the house is easy and convenient. The owner was so sweet, communicative, and informative. I will for sure book this house again next time we are in the area!

Amazing property-clean, quiet, safe. All the amenities one could ask for-fully equipped chef's kitchen, outdoor pool and spa, close to downtown shops and restaurants, but the privacy of the lot makes it feel like one is further out in the country-side. This Sonoma house is an absolute gem — we didn’t want to leave! Clean, beautifully decorated, gorgeous kitchen and a yard that includes a pool and several sitting areas. We would absolutely stay here again. The host was very responsive and great to work with.

Spectacular Sonoma
The property is unbelievable! Centrally located in Sonoma, but on a large lot, so it feels secluded. Pool and gardens are fabulous. Kitchen is huge! Owner is so kind with welcome and communications. It was worth every penny. We felt like Sonoma royalty. Need to celebrate a special occasion or feel like a little splurge? This the home for you.

Perfect stay in Sonoma
This house is perfect for anyone wanting to get away and enjoy all Sonoma has to offer. The property is stunning, well manicured lawns, flowers and veggie garden plus lots of outdoor places to sit under the oaks or by the beautiful pool. The newly remodeled kitchen is a cooks and entertaining dream. It’s all very well appointed with anything you need to make a meal and relax with friends. There were special touches like fresh flowers and dog bowls for my pup. The house was spotless and had wonderful, cozy beds, towels and everything you need for your stay. I enjoyed the hot tub off the master bedroom several evenings with a glass of wine under the stars. I would highly recommend staying in this beautiful home tucked away in a quiet and walkable neighborhood, close to the town square and jog/dog paths. I will be renting again soon.

A home, not just a property
We were a group of 6 (4 adults, 2 teenagers) visiting Sonoma for a week and we really enjoyed our stay at the property. As others have noted, there is plenty of room, both inside and outside the house. We cooked multiple times and found the kitchen to be really well equipped. We visited during a cold spell, but we were able to find extra blankets (and the Nest thermostat kept the temperature at a comfortable level). There were even food and water bowls for our dog! Overall, this felt like a cozy and comfortable home, rather than a bland rental property. The location - on a quiet residential street, near a high school and a walking trail - was ideal for us, allowing the kids to kick a ball around on the high school fields and the adults to take dog walks. It was convenient to get to the plaza, without being too close. Finally, the check-in process was easy and communication with the owner and property manager was simple. The owner even encouraged us to pick some lemons from the tree in the back before we left. Hopefully, we'll be back some time in the near future!

Perfect for our stay in Sonoma
The property was accurately advertised. We were very comfortable, my husband and I with our daughter and son-in-law. A few minor issues on arrival were addressed promptly by the owner. Great communication and the location was perfect! The grounds were lovely but since it was cold, we weren't able to take advantage of it but in nice weather, that is a great asset for this property.

Perfect stay for the whole family!
Our family and four year old had a great time here! The location is great, walking distance to a park and Train Town, and even some friendly sheep down the street. The house and yard are very comfortable and spacious, very well-stocked with supplies. The hot tub was a fantastic feature, and we also appreciated being able to borrow the bikes for neighborhood bike rides.

Fantastic Sonoma Trip
This property surprised us by the size of the actual property itself. Lots of room for the four of us so we could separate as needed. Overall location was ideal for visiting Sonoma square. We very much enjoyed the property and the one issue we had during entrance to the property was responded to quickly and no other issues after that. I would recommend this property to anyone who wanted a quiet yet convenient place to stay during a Sonoma/Napa trip.

Great for families
My family with two kids (7 and 4) and my parents had a great time. Kids loved the pool and the space to play. Everyone loved the cherries and other fruit trees on the property. Location was fantastic - just a short distance to Sonoma square with plenty of parks in the area at which the kids could play.

Inviting and central
We recently stayed as part of a staycation with 2 grandparents, and our two young kids and the house was perfect. There are many cozy nooks to read and play, and still be together. The kitchen is well equipped, and the downstairs master suite is especially nice, and the grounds are lovely. Our kids really enjoyed the outdoor swings. Process and communication wise, it was very straight forward and easy. I even received a nice note from Stacey the day before welcoming me, which I appreciated. And when I texted with a question, the house manager showed up in less than 5 minutes to help me out. (Turns out the answer was in the house manual all along.) We had a great stay and look forward to being back in the summer to enjoy the pool and patio more!

This home is awesome. In the heart of Sonoma, the location is outstanding. It has that "lived in feel" and is was perfectly situated for our party of six. It was an unusually rainy and wet weekend, and the gas fireplace and cozy setting furnishings were just what we needed. Stacey was very responsive and great to communicate with. We'll hopefully be back soon!

Fabulous Summer Getaway
This home is a lovely getaway in Sonoma. Upon arrival, we immediately felt as if we lived here. It is a short walk to the wonderful town of Sonoma with great markets, shops and restaurants. At the same time, the home and property were quite secluded and we had all the privacy we could have wanted. The homeowner and the property manager were extremely kind and welcoming and their efforts made us feel welcome right away. I only have one tiny comment that is not positive and that would be that the photos make the property look slightly bigger than it is - so that our expectations were a little bit off. There was still plenty of space for us to have time on our own if we wanted it and time to gether together when we wanted that. Thank you!! We will definitely try to vacation here again.

Great property! The photos didn’t do it justice. Wonderfully gardened....and a fantastic Palm tree underneath the outdoor patio dining area. The outdoor Swing is fun, and the house was comfortable, and clean. Great location super close to the square in Sonoma...5 min bike ride. Highly recommend!
