Both properties equipped with air conditioning and have access to the EV car charger. The tranquil setting is accessed through a private gated entrance that provides ample parking for 8+ cars. The seasonal creek adds serenity for your peaceful getaway which can be enjoyed from each house. Fresh herbs and fruit trees available throughout the property.
