Vietä loma tässä tilavassa ja mukavassa talossa, joka sijaitsee aivan Kap Codin sydämessä. Tämä hotelli sijaitsee muutaman minuutin päässä reitiltä 6 kauniissa Etelä-Dennisissä. Hotelli on kävelymatkan päässä valtavasta virkistysalueesta ja tarjoaa pihan, jossa on paloaukko, grilli ja lentopalloverkko. Tämä aurinkoinen ja tilava talo sijaitsee rauhallisella kadulla heti Old Bass River Roadilta. Se on lyhyen ajomatkan päässä Rannan rannalta sekä lahden että valtameren puolella.

Christmas Holiday Stay
This was the greatest Christmas Holiday stay we have ever had. This home was so well organized a lot of though went into all of the things included. It was so clean with just about everything you would need away from home. Very quiet neighborhood and a good location. When ever i am staying in this area this would be the home I would look for and stay again.

Fantastic House
We had a great stay. This house has everything you could possibly need for a stay on the cape. The owners were very attentive and got back to you right away (even with the smallest of questions) I would recommend to any looking for a get away.

Wedding Week
My oldest daughter got married and this was a perfect place for my other two daughters and parents to stay. Really enjoyed the porch and fire pit area to gather and recover from all the festivities. Perfect location to get anywhere on the Cape especially our favorite beach Mayflower. Thank you so much for the thoughtful welcome baskets Mathew.

Cape Cod vacation - awesome home
This home has more than what you need or want for a great vacation home. Lots of sleeping and sitting area space, several living areas to include a sunroom. We drank coffee and had our breakfast in the sunroom each day. It’s located in the middle of the Cape, which makes for easy driving around the area and to the various beaches and towns. We loved it and would definitely stay here again. We felt right at home. The hosts are easy to communicate with and home is bright and has a great beach feel.

Second stay - just as amazing as the first!
Our family loved this home so much the first time we stayed that we stayed again this year! All we said this time was next time it can't just be a weekend, it has to be a full week. This home is incredibly well stocked, so many extra special touches - for example, so helpful to be able to grab a bandaid when needed and forgotten! We will be back!!!

Very Nice Stay
Stayed at this cute Cape for 4 nights in April. It's extremely well maintained and nicely decorated. Even got the thumbs up from my 12 year old (and she is hard to please!) The hosts have stocked everything you might need during your stay. They even left a welcome basket with all of the ingredients for S'mores, which the kids liked making in the fire pit in the evenings. Bed linens are super clean and crisp but nice and comfy. Plenty of space for all 4 of us + a fenced in backyard for our little puppy dog. The beaches are only a short drive. Also just down the street from a playground/recreation park. We enjoyed our stay-- hopefully we'll come again in the summer when it's warm!

Couldn’t ask for a better place!!
This was the first time ever renting a house through VRBO. House was exactly as described. The owner was more than accommodating to my group. Perfect place at a perfect location in Cape Cod. Only place I will ever stay in Cape Cod from here on out. We will definitely rent again!

Wonderful Weekend
We just returned home after a wonderful weekend on CC. The house in So.Dennis was just as described but even better. Check in was a breeze. The house was cozy with the fire place burning. It was too cold to enjoy the sun room but it must he heavenly in the warmer weather. Beds were very comfortable and didn't want to get up early after turning the clocks ahead for spring. Can't wait to return again!

Cozy Winter Retreat
What a great little house!! We felt very welcomed by our gracious hosts. The house was clean and well appointed— kitchenware, towels, really comfortable beds, games, televisions, WiFi, lots of room for our group to hang together or to have a private space. The house is central to A LOT of great mid-cape restaurants and attractions. We hope to make this our go-to getaway spot!!

We absolutely loved this house. It was very clean, the beds were comfortable and all the extra rooms were fabulous! The teens loved the game room in the basement and we loved the fireplace at night. It was perfect for our group. The kids had their own space in the basement to play and be loud. Plenty of seating and space to have guests over. Comfortable beds. Beautiful sunroom. 7-10 mins from everywhere we had to be. Would def do again.

Great location!
Great location, 10 minutes from everything, on the ocean or bay side! Great communication with host and had everything we needed at the house! Super well stocked kitchen. Sun room was absolutely lovely, we loved walking around the neighborhood. Bonus room in the basement was also great!

Perfect Cape Cod cottage!
There were 6 of us adult family members and ALL of us loved this place! I was the one who chose it and everyone kept thanking me and telling me what a great place I picked!!! It was adorable, comfortable, lots of large spaces to hang out in either together or alone. Kitchen was excellent. Beds were comfortable. Close to lots of fun things to do. The hosts were wonderful to talk to…very sweet and friendly and easily accessible. They even left us some goodies upon check in! Would DEFINITELY come back!!!

Home away from home!
This property could not have been better. Every room was well stocked with everything you would need. The beds were very comfortable. Kitchen had all appliances and cooking pans, utensils that you would need. So many areas to relax and enjoy your vacation. Hugh eat-in sunroom, large backyard with firepit, game room in basement. We would definitely recommend. Thank you for a great place to stay!

Everything you would want in a Cape Cod Rental can be found at Matt and Abby's property. It feels like home and was it very difficult to leave. No detail was spared. Looking forward to a return visit ASAP.

comfortable house, convenient location
My husband and I enjoyed staying at this house with our adult daughter and her boyfriend. The sunroom is a nice space to eat or watch a movie, there is also nice patio with a fire pit. The beds were comfortable. There is also living space in the basement.
