Welcome to Tranquility Beach House!
This beautiful 2-story, cape cod style home gives you a feeling of tranquility as soon as you pull up. The large front porch is inviting you to take a seat and relax on this quiet street just two blocks from Oak Street beach

Inside the Home:
The main floor has an open floor plan with a fully stocked kitchen, recessed lighting, a large dining table, and a spacious living room. The kitchen is fully equipped with pots and pans, dishes, and utensils. Grab a seat at the handmade dining table that seats 7 or at one of the barstools at the kitchen counter. The patio door just off the kitchen leads to a beautiful screened-in porch, with 2 ceiling fans. Enjoy dinner alfresco on the picnic table out on the porch! During those chilly Michigan evenings, enjoy a fire in the wood-burning fireplace in the living room while spending some quality family time playing a game or doing a puzzle.

Outdoor space:

The backyard is ideal for use at any time of the day. Shade is abundant from the two large pine trees while enjoying an outdoor chat or a yard game during the day. Cozy up by the fire pit in the evening after a day at the beach. Ample parking is available in the driveway of the property, there is also street parking in front of the home.

The Location:

Oak Street Beach is just a two-block walk from the property. Once on the beach, take a stroll all the way to North Beach and walk straight up to the lighthouse on the pier. Downtown South Haven has so much to offer in the way of specialty shops and local eateries. No matter if you spend your days downtown at a local winery or shopping, or enjoying the day in the sun and sand, you will always find something to do in beautiful South Haven.
