Suuri talo pariskunnille tai kahdelle aikuiselle, kahdelle pienelle lapselle. Ei sovellu suurille ryhmille. Viihtyisä 2 makuuhuoneen koti puuhella, parketit, varustettu keittiö, graniittiset työtasot, 3 televisiota, kaapeli, Wi-Fi, kaksi kylpyhuonetta, yksi kylpyamme suihkukaappi, kaksi makuuhuonetta molemmissa queen-vuodevaatteet, tv kaikissa huoneissa, Wi-Fi., Kaasu BBQ, etukannella ja patio takana, iso takapiha nurmikolla. Täydellinen paikka tutustua backcountryyn, kaukana väkijoukosta rauhallisella alueella. Minuutin päässä Lake Tahoe, Sierra Ski Resort, Kirkwood, Heavenly, kasinot ja yöelämä. Murtomaahiihtoa ulos ovesta. Ihanteellinen pakopaikka ulkona harrastaville!

Home Away From Home
Our stay at Christmas Valley was great! Although we had little contact with the hosts, you could tell that they had thought about our stay before we arrived. Due to traffic control, our 4 hour drive took 10.5 hours and arrived at 1:30am. Without asking, the hosts made sure that we didn't have any trouble finding their cottage, leaving the lights on inside and outside the house.Once we did get inside, the house was well decorated and clean. They had all of the kitchen supplies we needed and the bedrooms were welcoming. It was as if we were visiting our friends house for the weekend.We really enjoyed our stay there and would return again.

Cute cabin in a great location
Stayed at the cabin for a few nights while snowing boarding at Sierra At Tahoe. Close location to the mountain, lots of good food options in town too. The cabin was a great space for my family.

A Wonderful Stay at Beaver Brae
My husband, daughter, and I had a wonderful winter stay at the cottage. Everything was exactly as described and was very clean. We enjoyed the fireplace, hot tub, and walks in the neighborhood including a creek area to explore. The location was great to access all the activities the South Lake Tahoe area has to offer. We highly recommend this cottage and hope to return again!

Great location for hiking in the South Lake Tahoe area
This property was a very good fit for two guys day hiking for a week in the area. The house is located in a quiet neighborhood and was clean and comfortable. The well equipped kitchen allowed us to conveniently prepare meals and avoid expensive eating out. The beds were very comfortable, and the hot tub was a welcome treat after our days on the trails. Overall we were very pleased with the house and we would definitely consider staying there again.

Nice quiet neighborhood minutes away from all the action
We loved the property, it was close to town but far enough to get away from all the business of town. Beautiful back yard with hot tub and picnic table. The inside was extremely clean and there was ample kitchen supplies. The treat basket was a nice surprise as we would grab something to take with us when touring the area. Also want to say that the beds were extremely comfortable.

Comfortable, quiet cottage close to excellent hiking
Spent 2 weeks in August at the property. Place was stocked with everything we needed and the extras provided by the owner (welcome basket and coffee) were a wonderful added touch. Communication was good, check in was simple. Bedding, towels, and amenities were comfortable and clean. We didn't use the hot tub but took the bikes for a ride around the neighborhood.

Extraordinary Cottage in a Wonderful Place
First of all, Christmas Valley was a perfect location to enjoy the Tahoe and Carson Valley area in Summer, But most of all, this house has it all. Beautiful house with lots of living space and everything one would need - even a gift basket! The lack of air conditioning is not to be feared, as the nights are cool and closing up the house before you leave each day will keep it comfortable.

Beautiful clean house on a quiet street. Easy to take walks right out the door. Well-located between Markleville where I was doing the Death Ride and nearby alpine lakes we love to hike to/around. 17 minutes to the shores of Tahoe. Everything worked well.

Wonderful, cozy cottage for you and your family
We stayed at the cottage with our parents for 3 days and the experience could not have been better. Everything from a smooth entry to the welcome goodies basket, fully loaded kitchen, every tiny thing was taken care of. The place is done up beautifully and felt very warm and cozy overall. Would definitely recommend!

Perfect spot
This was our second year staying here for spring break. We love the location, home is clean and cozy, and the hot tub is perfect after a day on the slopes. Debbie is a great host and was following the weather and communicating with us how to deal with the snow. We look forward to coming back next year.

Wonderful Experience
This property was amazing. It was everything we hoped for. Not only was it located in a quiet and beautiful neighborhood, but it was also clean, updated and close to skiing and food. I would totally stay here again and would recommend it to our friends. Our hosts did everything to make the trip enjoyable especially the gift basket upon arrival.

Blizzard 2024
With snow fall by the house at 6' and the ski/snowboard mountains closing the second day we were there. My wife and I had a great time anyway. Plenty of snow shovel's to dig out with and a snow blower too. Might sound like work but I haven't been in a snow fall like that in years (living in FL) it was beautiful and peaceful and fun as could be. Just wish I had a way to fallow the 5 young kids that went by the house the second day with snowmobiles and boards strapped to the back of them, I know were ever they were headed was going to be the blast of a lifetime!! I'm sure its just another day for them;) Deborah and Art held are hands all the way through, which made it comfortable even with a weather warning were I think most guest's would have tucked tall and ran. I would do it again and stay at this place anytime. Only next time I'll try to come in the day after the storm instead of the day before, So my wife and I could enjoy some of that deep POW POW.

Lovely Home for Ski Trip
