This was just what we were looking for in a family snow/ski week cabin: a fairly-priced, in-budget cabin big enough for a family of 8 with a great yard for playing in the snow, good kitchen and dining room, multi level and multi room so people could distance themselves to watch TV, play games, read books, or whatever. It had a fairly new washer and dryer, so that issue from last year has been addressed. Everything in the house was in good working order. The dining table was nice and large and sturdy. The kids TV room was great to have. Kitchen was nice with ample counter and cupboard space. Kids had fun sledding around the yard. Here are the negatives: the beds are not very comfortable (at least the one I slept in on top floor); a few ants crawling around upstairs despite some ant traps; it is a bit of a hassle to have to return the key to the property management office rather than just leave it at the house in a key box; and we got snowed in while there and although other driveways on the street were plowed by contractors, there appears to be no snow-plowing contract for this place so we had to shovel our selves out of the snow and take an Uber to the ski resort each day. That said, being able to call an Uber to take you and your skis to Heavenly was nice. We also had our skis delivered by Heavenly to the cabin the night before so we didn't have to wait in line at the rental place the morning of.
