Horrible Hotel
This hotel was a dump!! The carpet was torn and stained, the dresser was falling apart and only 2 of the 3 drawers opened, the refrigerator didn’t work, the wardrobe had a mirror which was cracked and the door couldn’t open all the way and lastly the shower had hair clogging the drain which was not ours and black mold.

DO NOT RISK YOUR MONEY!!! There are many other hotels that will reimburse your money in case you cancel the reservation (most hotels). If an emergency or a bad weather conditions, you will loose your money. They are not willing to help you out or give you choices. They don’t even will return your calls or emails. 👎 NEVER USE THIS HOTEL AGAIN

The property was good but the room was hot and the ac was not functioning. One of the staff member that I interacted with was helpful in providing insights into live traffic and camera and also helped to monitor from time to time if chains were required. The property also has a snooker table and food ball. I would recommend this place for ease of access to Heavenly Village and covered parking was an added advantage especially around snowy conditions.

Poor conditions
First, breakfast was included but we had to walk thru the street outside to get to the next hotel where they serve breakfast. They said they used to be part of that hotel but there wasn't even a direct walkway. We had to walk outside in the snow. Also the area was too small that we had to be on the waitlist for a table. Second, we were told their elevator only takes 3 persons at a time. On our third night it was not operational.
