Enjoy your meals indoor or take them outside to the patio for al fresco dining. There are many great restaurants close by, but if you have a desire to cook at home, you will find everything you need.
This beach house retreat is perfect for families or groups, accommodating up to 16 guests in comfort and style. This family-sized space is divided into several floors, including a separate one-bedroom apartment with a private entrance on the first floor of the house, giving everybody room to spread out. Enjoy the game room with foosball table, air hockey table, TV and plenty of indoor and outdoor games! Want to unwind after a fun filled day at the beach? There are 2 balconies with firework views! Then head back inside to end the night with a variety of board games and books!

NO PARTY POLICY: This home maintains a strict no-party and no-spring break policy. Our local South Padre Island team monitors compliance with our rental policies and responds promptly to any complaints from neighbors. If any guests are found to violate these rental policies, it will result in eviction without a refund. If you have any questions or concerns about your compliance, please contact us immediately so we can ensure you have a safe and happy vacation.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
