Spring Break & Holy Week (March 1st - April 9th, 2023): Everyone occupying the rental must be at least 21 years of age or older. Anyone under the age of 21 will not be permitted. Identification of Each Guest must be presented at check-in. Any guest who is not 21 or older will not be permitted to occupy the home and will not be eligible for a refund. This rule does not apply to family groups or otherwise approved by an SPI Rentals employee.

Relax and unwind in this spacious 4 bedroom, 3 bathroom Island Retreat! 132 E. Kingfish is located just steps away from South Texas's most beautiful beaches and is within walking distance to restaurants, shopping and nightlife!

This floor plan offers comfortable sleeping arrangements for up to 11 guests (max occupancy 12) perfect for family gatherings or a large group of friends. The Master Bedroom entails a Queen sized bed, flat screen TV, and large master bathroom with a spa jacuzzi tub and convenient his and her sinks. Guests have the choice between 3 additional bedrooms. The first features a twin bed and is accessed through the Master bedroom only. The second guest room entails a Full size futon and 2 twin beds (bunks). The 3rd guest room has a Queen size bed and standard futon.

Bring your favorite recipes to enjoy in the fully stocked kitchen, containing pots, pans, and other cooking utensils. You'll be able to enjoy a spacious living room, with a flat screen TV, and easy access to the upstairs balcony where you can relax outside in South Padre Island's unique tropical climate! Guests can enjoy the partial ocean views and fireworks from both the front and back balconies!

The large oversized driveway allows guests to park up to 5 vehicles at this vacation rental and the property also have a garage.

Beach gear included! We've partnered with VayKLife, a beach gear delivery service provider, to offer beach gear rentals to our guests! All gear is delivered to your property on your arrival and picked up hassle-free when you depart!

Each reservation is provided with a STARTER KIT of essentials ONLY (toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, soap, shampoo/conditioner, dish soap, laundry detergent, coffee & filters, olive oil, and salt & pepper). Depending on the number of guests in your party and/or the length of your stay, these may not last for the duration of your reservation and you may need to purchase additional items on your own. Please also note that the following items are not universally provided or guaranteed to be in the home, and therefore, we recommend that you bring these items if required to make your stay more enjoyable: condiments and spices, cleaning wipes, bottled water, hair dryer, ice & cooler, beach towels, beach chairs, toys, floats, sun lotion/sun block, extra blankets and pillows, pack-n-play, high chair, stroller, baby gates, and/or first aid kit.
