Luxurious Penthouse Condo w 22 Ft Ceilings Two Pools & Partial Ocean Views

Live the life of luxury in this beautiful two bedroom penthouse condo with partial ocean views. The entrance is breathtaking with its high 22' ceilings that keep the condo comfortably cool. This two bedroom condo is 20 % larger than the typical 2 bedroom condo on south padre so its much more comfortable and spacious. The kitchen is full size with all the utensils you need for cooking and baking saving you $300 per day for a family of four to eat out at restaurants on the island. It has granite countertops and stainless steel appliances including side by side stainless steel refridgerator with ice and water dispensers, stainless steel oven and glass cooktop, stainless steel microwave and dishwasher, full set of knives, coffee maker, can opener & blender. The granite peninsula has 4 bar stools great for family gatherings. The dining room table is wooden and round with a granite turntable in the middle and seats 6. The living room has a leather sleeper sofa, leather luv seat, and a leather recliner, stone coffee tables and end tables & huge 75 inch LED 4K Wall mounted HDTV awesome for watching movies or your favorite games. The balcony has views of the gulf of mexico, the bay and SpaceX launches. The Master bathroom has his and her bowl sinks, something hard to find on padre, a king size bed with name brand linens, HDTV, full size closet and dresser. The second bedroom has two queen size beds, name brand luxury linens, full closet, 32 in HDTV. The main bath is a full bath with bowl sink and shower. Laundry includes stackable front loading full sized washer and dryer. Please don't use bleach in the washer. Laundry soap in included. There are two pools one jacuzzi one cold tub and 2 kiddie pools, a gym with bike, treadmill and weight machine. The community is gated for added security and you have an assigned parking space and one additional spot based on first come first served availability and there is additional parking in front of the building. Walk to the beach in 5 minutes or less or schlitterbahn waterpark by walking out the side gate pass gulfview condos. Beach access is to the left of schlitterbahn. There are two picnic areas with 3 charcoal bbqs and picnic tables. There is a rooftop terrace with plenty of seating and gorgeous views of the bay, port isabel bridge and south padre islands amazing sunsets. Glass is not allowed in the pool or the rooftop terrace so take plastic or aluminum only.

Our stay at this South Padre Island condo was nothing short of amazing. The space was spacious, beautifully furnished, and offered breathtaking views from the balcony. The owner's hospitality truly stood out. He went above and beyond by sharing personal photos from the balcony of SpaceX and experiences of SpaceX launches, enhancing our excitement for the event. Unexpectedly, we watched the launch directly from our balcony, a thrilling experience we hadn't anticipated! This condo is a perfect choice for anyone visiting the area, combining comfort, beauty, and the unique opportunity to witness something truly spectacular. A big thank you to the homeowner for making our trip so memorable. We can't wait to come back!

Just Don’t
Well let’s start with, see how they respond to negative reviews? Expect that hostility. The property is great HOWEVER it’s on the 4th floor & the elevator was broken…not ideal with 3 kids under the age of 8. Or the fact that when I asked him a question on the phone he kept giving me the same answer even though it wasn’t answering the actual question. He then preceded to YELL at me & then tell me he wasn’t yelling when he clearly was. The day of check in I, yes I have screen shots of the non reply until the next day, messaged to have the unit number (wasn’t on check in information). They NEVER replied, didn’t even answer customer service! I had to figure out the building and floor we were on by looking at the photos of the patio & its view, once again not ideal when traveling with children. Once again nice property but TERRIBLE owners. I think I’d rather spend the money on a hotel next time at least there they have working elevators & responds to your questions. Don’t worry I’m anticipating a hostile response to this review.

Property description was accurate, sadly all the other reviews were correct. We didn’t see cockroaches but we had a huge sugar ant problem in the kitchen, the check in process was a nightmare with us getting the rental agreement an hour AFTER check in, I tried reaching them 4 hours before check in and couldn’t get a hold of anyone. On our last day the water went out. Overall I would not stay at this property again, there’s better out there

Called since I didn't receive a email with code to door called manager on duty 3 times and 2 times he told me ok let me check and I'll call u back came to 4 oclock and no call so called him the 3 time told me he was busy told him I had kids it was hot and couldn't wait didn't get my code or condo till 430 pm and the parking we had a hard time finding since there was vehicles with no permit and left the ones with permits no parking and at no time did I see a tow truck tow them away.

OK STAY
My family and I enjoyed our trip to South Padre during Spring Break. Our stay was ok, we didn’t have a over the top experience. There were some things that I wish would have been orchestrated a little different, the property manager seemed to be busy a lot which caused things to slip his mind. I had to reach out to him several times so that I could sign the lease agreement. I had to ask for the code for access to the parking lot and to the property. Our first night was very annoying because the battery to the smoke detector needed to be replaced so we had to listen to it beep all night, he couldn’t get anyone to come out until the next day. Overall we had a good stay, hopefully in the future he will be a little more on task with these things.
