The Space:
Welcome to our stylish second-floor apartment for up to eight guests. You’ll enjoy and appreciate the spacious open-plan concept with modern and colorful decor. Via wall-to-wall sliding glass doors, you’ll receive plenty of natural light and access to a spectacular private balcony with an ocean view off to the side. It’s ideal for relaxing with the sea breeze and a beverage while the beach recharges your spirit!

Your getaway space features a fully equipped kitchen with quality appliances and extras like a coffee maker, blender, toaster, and dishwasher for easy clean-ups! Find a beautiful wooden breakfast/dining bar with four stools to enjoy a quick snack or a coffee. Plus, there’s a dining table for a relaxed sit-down dinner with four comfy chairs to dive into comfort at mealtime.

When it’s time to kick back and relax, the living and wall-mounted flatscreen Smart TV with cable for a relaxing movie night after splashing in the ocean.

There are two inviting bedrooms, both with two queen beds and Smart TVs with cable service. One features an ensuite private bathroom and access to the sea-view balcony, while the other shares the hall bathroom. Ideal for those restful moments after seaside adventures!

Additional highlights include WiFi for streaming TV services or working on your laptop, a washer and dryer and iron equipment, linens, towels, beach towels, shampoo, and hairdryers, and 2 car parking spaces onsite.

The Bahia Mar property offers many amenities for everyone. Children can have fun in the playground and walking trails. Adults can enjoy two pools with hot tubs and a spacious beach platform. Tennis enthusiasts can use our two courts. The gardens are spectacular, and security is always present, ensuring a relaxing and safe stay.

There are several restaurant options, and the food on the island is always fresh, with a wide variety of choices. The ambiance is always laid-back and fun. Another option is to grill the catch of the day or some burgers on the property’s palapa area. Cross the bridge to Port Isabel, where you will find freshly prepared ceviche, crab, oysters, and other fish to take back to your condo to enjoy.

Guest Access:
You’ll have full, exclusive access to the home and shared access to the common areas and amenities at the complex.

The Neighborhood:
South Padre Island offers the perfect blend of relaxation and excitement. You're just steps away from the beach for sunbathing, swimming, and water sports, and local gems like Blackbeard's for seafood or shopping at Padre Island Plaza. Enjoy island activities like bird and sea turtle watching, beach four-wheeling, horseback riding, and exploring the Laguna Madre Nature Trail.

Getting Around:
The nearest international airport is Brownsville/South Padre Island International Airport (BRO), which is about 27 miles away. You’ll have parking onsite at the complex. Walking around the island is fun, too!

Other Things to Note:
Please review this information before booking to ensure a pleasant stay. If you have questions, don’t hesitate to contact us.

- Please note that our apartment is on the 2nd floor, and there is no elevator.
- Travelers must be at least 21 years old to book, and someone 21 years of age or older must be present during the entire stay.
- Guests will be asked to sign a Rental Agreement upon booking confirmation.
- Guests will be required to provide a valid I.D. (with photo and signature) and to sign the registration form upon arrival and check-in.
- All guests will be provided wristbands that they must wear for the duration of the stay.
- Depending on the booking site to make the reservation, a security deposit might be required, refunded after check-out, provided all terms are met.
- No more guests than those listed on the reservation are allowed, and no guests who are not already listed on the reservation are permitted.
- The rental includes electricity (internet, air conditioning, etc.), use of the common area swimming pool, and two parking permits. An additional temporary parking permit may be purchased on-site for an additional fee. Boats and trailers are allowed on the property for an extra fee, but no RVs or motor homes will be allowed.
- BBQ grills are available in the designated “Palenque” area and are perfect for an outdoor meal with family or friends. The two-burner grill is $40, and the four-burner grill is $50.
- No smoking of any kind inside the home! Drug use and illegal activity on the premises are also strictly prohibited. Failure to comply results in a $300 fine. PLEASE DO NOT TAMPER WITH THE SMOKE ALARM. There is an $800 charge for tampering with it.
- No parties, events, or excessive noise after 10 pm. Please respect the neighbors.
- Cleaning service is available at an extra cost. Let us know in advance to book it.
- There are outdoor security cameras for safety and security.
- Guests are responsible for damages that occur or extra cleaning costs as a result of their stay.
- Our properties are family-oriented, and good behavior is expected from our guests. This includes respect for the Resort/HOA rules and the pool and common area rules and hours. Failure to comply with these policies is grounds for eviction from the property and a fine.
- This property is not pet-friendly.

Interaction with Guests:
Once at the complex's entrance, give your name to Security. They will provide you with the keys, wristbands and parking passes. You’ll be required to wear your wristbands during the entire stay.
