Property was exactly as pictured and described. Great location. Easy to get around without a vehicle by either walking, the free Metro bus, taxis and Uber.We would come back here again.

Lovely stay
The property was as described online. Perfect for just me and my husband. Large den area and spacious kitchen. Balcony was great- breakfast and lunch there every day. Only downside for us was that even on the 4th floor, you could hear the shouts and music down at the pool below. Would still recommend highly however.

Beautiful view
The unit has a five star view but the condo is in desperate need of some updating especially the bathrooms. A few things that would make your stay more comfortable, bring your own bath & hand towels, theirs are old and need replaced. Bring air freshener and candles the unit had an odd smell to it.

Ant problem detracted from awesome view and location
The condo was very nice. Our only complaint was there were tiny ants constantly crawling across the kitchen countertops and stove. An exterminator came and treated the condo but we were still seeing them two days later. Other than that it was very nice.

Not a bad place to stay
We had a great 9 day vacation great to get away from the cold and snow. Overall, we had a great experience. There were some hiccups along the way vacasa took care of them in a very timely matter. One of the showers wouldn’t get hot they had a plumber there within a few hours and fixed the issue. The pool was down for maintenance the whole time we where there but that’s out of there hands but hey now it’s all new and has a heater in both pools by the ocean. The condo was good it has the basics for cooking pots and pans etc. and enough stuff to get you started such as the soap and toiletries. For the first few days. The king bed was great comfortable and nice to sleep on. The pull out bed not so much it’s like sleeping on a wire hanger. Wouldn’t recommend sleeping on it it’s also a little stained on the mattress. Everything is a little outdated except the new appliances. A little elbow grease and a new coat of paint and some cheap updated would go a long way all the facets had a lot of rust and grime on them. The light fixtures where dirty had dead bugs in them the front of the fridge was dirty. There where fruit flys alive and dead on the counter the place needs a good deep cleaning. Overall I would definitely stay there again it’s not a 5 start resort but not the worst ether.

Nice condo minus the ants! Probably won’t return to this particular unit. Couldn’t put anything on kitchen counter. Disappointing and inconvenient. Not something you want to deal with when you’ve come for some rest and relaxation. Glad I wasn’t cooking!

Great location, roomy condo.
Overall I was happy with our stay, the condo looks just like the pictures. The Wi-Fi and air conditioning and appliances worked great. I did have some cons making this stay a 4 star instead of 5 star. I emailed multiple times prior to our stay with some general questions and I never received a response. (That had me worried about our stay) There are only sheets for warmth. The bedspread is sheet thin also. The master bed had one very very thin fleece blanket but the sleeper sofa only got sheets. We had to go buy blankets for warmth. We stayed 6 days and were left with only 2 trash bags, 4 people in 6 days is not enough and I think that should be accounted for when leaving some amenities for the guests. I also would have loved to have had some coffee supplied and simple salt and pepper. Absolutely nothing extra like that is offered. The washer and dryers were close and plenty to use but you have to have quarters. There is no other way to use them, so that would be good to know prior to coming so I could have been prepared. With a coin shortage I had to go to a couple of places who who exchange dollar hills for quarters. It’s all minor things of course and none of that dampened our amazing vacation. The beach was wonderful and the condo and its grounds are great, clean and the property maintenance is prompt. We had issues on arrival that were fixed promptly. I would recommend this condo for your stay!

Great location with beautiful views but needs some updating
This condo is in a perfect location with beautiful views of the beach. We could sit on the deck and listen to the surf. In the morning we could see the sunrise right out the windows. The condo had a nice layout with 2 bathrooms. There was a heated pool and 2 hot tubsvwhich was nice because it was cold and windy several of the days we were there. There are nice tennis and pickleball courts. However, the unit and the entire complex could use some updating and maintenance. A lot of broken tiles on the deck, in the condo, and on the property. It rained and was very damp that week and there were puddles of water all over. Paint in the stairways was bubbling up from the water. The place is aging and could use some sprucing up. I also feel that it would have been nice if the owner would have left some extra toilet paper, a box of kleenex, more than a couple of small shampoo and conditioner containers, and some extra garbage bags. We had to constantly take garbage down to the dumpsters. Overall it was OK.

The stay was great! The property was just as described. The view was outstanding. The only thing we wish we had had was a light blanket for the evening and we found a spare sheet to use as a substitute. Overall, it was perfect!

What emergency?
The property was great, exactly as advertised. People on location were helpful and friendly. As our trip approached so did a major storm. Spoke with VRBO and Vacasa,(management co.?)about rescheduling or postponing because of the predicted blizzard. Was told that there was nothing that could be done. Was not an emergency situation. We decided to go, but left a day early to beat the storm. That worked out, but when we got there could not get in because there was no electricity. Stumbled upon a key attached to the back of the keypad, and was able to get in. Learned that the condo had no water. Had to stay because the blizzard had already hit at home. Stayed until we had a safe window to return home. A day earlier than we reserved. Although the storm, lack of electricity and water was not VRBO or Vacasa’s fault, the fact that this major storm was coming yet was not considered an emergency situation is disappointing !! So the condo would have been great, but our interaction with VRBO and Vacasa was not!

Winter Get Away
Location and view from the condo was more than we expected. Building was quiet, deck was perfect for sitting to get morning sun. Bed was comfortable and kitchen stocked OK. We have friends that stay in SPI for the whole winter, so we booked a stay again for next February 2022.

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay
For a ladies getaway it was perfect! The patio was beautiful and had an amazing view of the ocean. The bed was comfortable and the place had a nice beach feel to it. The only problem we had was some tiny ants in the kitchen, but the property management company was quick to respond.
