Start the day with coffee on your Gulf-front balcony, appreciating the sea breeze and watching the sea gulls on the shore. When you get hungry, your well-equipped kitchen offers a full suite of appliances and plenty of counter space for breakfast prep. Pop the dishes in the dishwasher for easy cleanup and head down to the beach. In the evening, enjoy relaxing in the central AC while you stream the latest release, or slip back downstairs to soak in the hot tub before calling it a night on your first perfect beach day, with another to come tomorrow.

Needs Attention
First of all, we were without internet and WI-FI the day Oracio came to help us. He was great help. We finally got internet. But the TV in the front room did not connect to Spectrum nor any internet connection. The bedroom did after Oracio helped us. The walls need painting. The bathroom cabinets need cleaning big time. The shower & commode were clean The front door frame is very dirty The sliding door did not have any secured lock (We used a stick to lock it!) The microwave needs completely leaning. All in all I would grade your condo as a “C!”

Great place to stay. Room was clean. Pool and Hot tub were very nice. Building sits closer to water than a lot of the others buildings so walk to beach was super short.

The view and location is its saving grace
My wife and I stayed for a week the listing was accurate but the pictures are misleading. The small dinette had steel metal chairs, very uncomfortable at first I didn’t mind the furnishings as I planned on spending all my time on the beach or in town eating most meals out but I came down with a bug and had to spend three straight days inside not feeling well, this is where the place needs help there is not a piece of furniture that is comfortable to sit on. Both recliners are in disrepair sagging one doesn’t even work. The small sofa is as hard as a rock like I said it wouldn’t bothered me so much, but since I had to spend more time in there than I would’ve planned, it was very uncomfortable. The two beds in the bedroom made it impossible without moving the bed to open the closet door. I think it would be better with one queen size bed, and a pullout sofa, but just an opinion bedroom very nonfunctional there was nothing for the beach no chairs no towels nothing other places we stayed in at least had some lawn chairs to sit in or take to the beach. I was going to try to use the chairs on the balcony and take to the beach but the thought of dragging non-folding chairs through narrow hallways and downstairs was just not an appealing option. The location and the view are beautiful feet from the beach and all the residents and staff were very friendly and the hot tub and pool area are wonderful, but the unit needs an update

Not comfortable
Upon arrival we realized that it was smaller than it appeared which we were ok with, the furniture however is not comfortable at all. The recliner on the right opens but will only stay in a downward position and the one on the left makes a lot noise. They no longer have the chairs for the table like in the photos on the site it’s now metal chairs. The beds are smaller than they appear. We slept in separate beds cause they were small that was no big deal but the fact that the mattresses weren’t comfortable and the beds roll and we woke up sore everyday was an issue. I’m nearly 50 so comfort is a must for me. One bed dips in the middle and the other rolls when you turn and the head boards make noise. So we weren’t getting any rest then to top it off the people on top of us were playing guitar till nearly 10 pm then we’re up around 5am walking around and we could hear it all even them going out on the balcony. Most of the condo is in desperate need of remodeling. The only nice things in there are the kitchen countertops with the new sink and the updated shower stall minus the shower cause one of the shower heads was broken. We also encountered a rodent in the kitchen which is probably why they don’t have things like seasoning etc. which is the first condo we’ve stayed in that doesn’t have those. Glad we bring our own for just incase though.The outside furniture is the cheap plastic stuff and doesn’t have coffee tables or footstools so it’s not enjoyable to sit outside.

The condo was very nice and a good location, close to the beach. It had everything we needed. Clean except for some of the woodwork/ doors needed painted and/ or cleaned.

Cozy quality time with family.
My youngest daughter and I came here following business we attended in Houston, TX. Because of the distance we arrived by car at 2 AM in the morning. When we walked in, everything looked good and smelled clean. The apartment is small, quaint and cozy just perfect for us and came with most of the supplies needed. The bathroom shower was great and roomy, the toilet is a little low. WiFi was great! It has the most wonderful view of the ocean. Getting into the property at night-time hours was easy, codes for the gate and door to the apartment worked like a charm. We found it was a quiet apartment complex and could hear the waves crashing a shore when we opened the patio door. There are some amazing picturesque sunrise views. The apartment is in a good location with its own access to the beach via the building and a walkway, along with a hose to rinse off feet when returning. It is also in close proximity to restaurants and convenient stores. All in all, we are happy with our stay and would recommend it.
