Large que for breakfast using same cloth to clean all tables moving milk jugs between tables without cleaning staff under pressure obviously managment errors in staffing and training compared to other hotels I have stayed at

Central

Hotel needs some upgrading in areas. Behind our 2 bedside tables lots of fluf/dust debris, was not cleaned the 5 nights their!!

Great location

Pros: Staff very good, lovely bar
Cons: Rooms need upgrading and especially bathrooms
Location: Waterford Greenway for cycling, great restaurants and pubs
Hotel is in perfect location for cycling The Greenway. Hotel staff are very pleasant and helpful. Hotel is in need of a fair bit of refurbishment Bathroom had ceiling and wall tiles coming away.

Convenient town location

Disappointing overall, hotel looks generally run down inside and out. Restaurant food, both dinner and breakfast, was mediocre. Staff and service, however, were very good.

Good value, basic stay

We had a pleasant 2 nights in Lawlors.Only problen was alot of noise from the main road on Saturday night. Great value for money
