Sea Breeze Paradise: Beachfront & Panoramic Views

Sea Breeze Paradise is a newly renovated home. A paradise for those of you who want to enjoy the sun and fresh air with ease. When you rent this house, you will feel like you're away from it all, very private! It sits in a lovely, quiet neighborhood setback with amazing water views throughout the entire backyard.

The patio on the waterside and water views are to die for. Enjoy the water views from many different angles. You are able to do so much when you stay in this 3-bedroom home that sleeps 6. Across the lawn, there is a separate guest house (no bathroom in the guest house). It has sofa beds and a game room office.

If doing nothing is what you prefer, you can lay in the sun in your own private yard in the summer months or sit and relax, with a glass of wine that you just brought back from one of the great vineyards. There are 2 vineyards a few walks away from the home. The one-woman winery is within walking distance as well as the local farm stands, and restaurants. The stores are within 1-2 miles of groceries, and they deliver!

We have the highest-speed internet for you as well! Oh, and did I tell you, just walk right down the block to enjoy time at the beach! Just beautiful. This property is available for rental all year round!

Please note that all outdoor amenities, including the kayaks, stand-up paddleboards, patio furniture, grills, and other exterior equipment, are typically stored away between Columbus Day and Memorial Day. If you have specific questions regarding these amenities, feel free to reach out to us for more information.

IMPORTANT NOTES:
There is a pet fee of $200/pet per stay.
For stays over 21 days, please note that any extra utility costs beyond the initial charged amount are the guest's responsibility.
For stays over 29 nights, there might be an extra damage waiver fee. We'll get in touch to discuss the options and details.

Cancellation Policy
Bookings canceled at least 30 days before the start of stay will receive 100%.
Bookings canceled at least 14 days before the start of stay will receive a 50% refund.

Guest Insurance
Please note, as a part of booking we secure insurance for your stay and will require you to sign a Guest Rental Agreement. This insurance is meant to cover any incidental damages to the property that may occur during your stay and does not cover any issues with your trip related to cancellation due to illness or other reasons. We understand that things happen by mistake or accident from time to time, we ask that you let us know when it happens. You’re covered with us - we’re invested in you having a worry free stay!

Perfect getaway spot!
We had the best time! We spent a lot of time sitting outside and were also able to easily take in the beautiful view while inside on the couch. The house was clean and a perfect size for the 5 of us. The property manager was very responsive to our questions. It was a good location for a weekend in Greenport and/or the wineries. Thanks for a great weekend!

Sea Breeze Property in Southold
This one week stay was mainly with my wife and our very well behaved 3 year old Aussie-Mountain Doddle. Over the weekend two of our children and one of their friends joined us. The house is solid, spacious and nicely appointed. The 180 degree view of the Long Island Sound directly in front of us was magnificent.

Fall Getaway
We've found that fall is a great time to visit the North Fork and the property was the perfect place for relaxing. Even when the weather was bad, we had the indoor fireplace to add ambiance and then the outdoor firepit when the weather cleared up. The views are fantastic and so nice to sit outside and relax at night. Had a couple of quick questions come up but got responses very quickly and it didn't interrupt the trip. We had a great time.

Lovely Southold Waterfront home.
The location and the house were lovely. The spot couldn't have been better. The home was clean, well appointed, and very comfortable. It's also close to Greenport, wineries, & restaurants. The only negative was the lack of shade on the back patio.

Beautiful setting and comfortable house
We had our family of 4 and a friend with her toddler. The house was well equipped and beautifully maintained. The view of the sound is breathtaking. The location is convenient to wineries, farmstands, all the reasons we love the North Fork. The beds are comfortable and it was easy to feel right at home. My kids asked if we can go back again soon!

Spectacular water views
Property is located on a quiet street. House set back from road so provides lots of privacy. I was there recently for a couple of days during some snowy weather. Didn't bother us at all since the home has a big fireplace in the living room. We were able to sit in the living room and enjoy the fireplace and beautiful water views! The home is nicely decorated, very clean and up to date. Close to the wineries, restaurants, beaches and other North Fork activities/venues. Definitely recommend this property for romantic getaway, girl's weekend or family vacation. Also pet friendly which is a HUGE plus!!

Great house, even better location
We really enjoyed our trip to Southold and our stay at the house. The house is extremely spacious with an open floor plan and views of the water from almost every room. The outdoor space and view of the water is a highlight. We used the firepit almost every night with great sunsets and later stargazing. The location is central and close to vineyards and Greenport, as well as supermarkets, fish markets, etc. The private beach is accessible but not quite the kind of beach to lounge on for hours. That beach is a short walk away. Still great to have direct access to the water and the kids loved finding shells and exploring. The communication with the renters was great and they were very responsive to all of our needs. Overall, we had a wonderful experience.

Great spot, decent house
Excellent location, and you can get down to the water, but not really walk on the beach as the tide comes way up. The house is fine--decently equipped and clean (little guesthouse was not so clean, though. Some extra kitchen supplies (salt and pepper!) would have been nice. It was fine for our mid-week short stay, but very basic and the rules are a little harsh for a place that costs this much (i.e. you aren't allowed to have your kids grandparents come visit, which seems a little silly). The agent was very responsive when we had a major sewage issue at the beginning of our stay.

Better than as pictured!
We were pleasantly surprised by the size of the house and window views. We were expecting the pictures to “enlarge” everything, but that was not the case. The view from the living room was amazing! The pictures do not do the house justice! The outside furniture perfect! We used the fire pit and it was great for all those “family sit around the fire” moments. The bedrooms had comfortable beds and great closets with ample space. Our teenage daughters had no complaints. The hosts were always a text away and helpful, yet never overwhelming. What could make this property better? A washer and drier. We stayed for 1 week n would of liked to wash our towels. We saw seals in the sound from our window !!! Lots of bunnies in the morning. Great Summer breezes in the evening! Walked to the local beach n had a great 7 days!

Girls Weekend
The house interior and location were exactly what I was hoping for. The kitchen and living area are spacious and comfortable and have great ocean front views. House was very clean and tidy when we arrived although the trash cans outside were full. The freezer leaks all over the floor and the carbon monoxide detector expired many years ago. I was disappointed that the outdoor furniture was not available for my April stay even after I specifically asked a question about that prior to my stay. The patio was therefore not very usable. There were four dirty plastic chairs left there for us to use. There is an outhouse where the sofa beds are located but there is no lock on the door. Overall it was a great location for a girls weekend but I was a bit disappointed with the amenities and unclear communication from host.
