- A family room, couch (pulls out into bed), loveseat, Smart TV with streaming options, electric fireplace.
- A fully equipped kitchen with stove/range, microwave, dishwasher, full-size refrigerator, Keurig/coffee maker used pods with grounds attachment, blender, toaster, crockpot, assortment of cookware, utensils, silverware, drinkware, and a large pantry closet.
- Dining table + 6 chairs, plus 4 bar stools at kitchen counter.

UPSTAIRS:
- BEDROOM 1 - King Bed + Adjoins to full bath
- BEDROOM 2 - Full-over-Full size bunk bed
- BEDROOM 3 (Loft area) - Single-over-Full bunk bed + pull out sofa sleeper. Allows nine to have bed space.

All sheets, blankets, bath towels, and kitchen towels are provided at the cabin.

REAR PATIO
-Patio furniture + table + 6 chairs + gas grill (4 burner and side cooker). Green space for games. Rear of the cabin faces pool area!!

GARAGE
-Attached 2 car sized garage, but available for parking 1 vehicle. The other half is a game area: bag game, giant jenga, darts, or bring your own! Adults can relax at the picnic table while watching the kids play (or vice versa!!).

- With each rental, you will receive six free passes daily to the newly renovated (2020) water park which includes full use of all attractions and amenities such as the outdoor pool with swim-up bar, recreation pool, splash zone, and new rocket slides, plus the indoor pool, slides, lazy river, lily pads, and indoor/outdoor whirlpool. You will also have access the newly refurbished (2020) fitness center at the resort.

The Boondocks convenience store is just a couple blocks away! Also just a few blocks away is a public boat ramp and rentals including boats, jet skis and paddle boards. You'll also be a short driving distance away from The Barefoot Bar, numerous golf courses, and unique local shops.
