First, the positives: it has an unbeatable location in the old town, just steps from Diocletian’s Palace. The rooms are comfortable, clean and beautifully decorated. They had great showers with plenty of hot water and good water pressure. The beds were soft yet comfortable. The attentiveness of Milana was so helpful.
The negatives may or may not be dealbreakers for you. First, the noise. Because of its location, there will be people passing right under your windows almost 24 hrs per day, and there is no soundproofing. I heard plenty of people passing by talking and laughing as late as 3 am and as early as 6 am. If you are a light sleeper, request a room on a higher floor, brings earplugs, use a white noise machine, or all three.
Second, there is no parking nearby. I don’t know why the listing says parking is available for 20€ per day. The closest lot is public paid parking. It is a 7-minute walk, and the cost is 1€ per hour in low season or 1.6€ per hour in high season.
Third, there is no accessibility for people with mobility issues. Even if you have a first-floor room, there is a small winding marble staircase to enter the building. And, as the listing indicates, no elevator inside. Be aware.
Overall, I would recommend it as long as it meets your needs.
