Summary:
A true home away from home! This 5 bedroom, 2 bathroom home boasts enough amenities to make you not want to leave. King bed, two full bunk beds, and two queen beds will sleep up to 10 people comfortably, and you'll enjoy 65" smart TV's, billiards room with pool table setup, full kitchen with gas range for cooking and dishwasher for easy clean up, well-stocked kitchen, drip coffee (provided), propane BBQ and fire pit, pack n play, fenced backyard and so much more! Sorry, no pets allowed.

The Space:
You'll enter the home into split-level stairs, up or down 6 steps either way. Please remove your shoes. Upstairs, you'll find the living room with comfy, oversized sectional sofa, 65" Smart TV and gas fireplace, a perfect spot to lounge. Past the living room, you'll find the dining area and kitchen with a view of the deck and backyard. The formal dining table seats up to 6 people, with 3 additional seats at the bar. The dining room sliding door opens up to the deck with propane BBQ grill, outdoor seating and propane fire pit. (We'll leave you with a full tank, but if they run out please refill.) The deck has stairs that go down to the back yard.
The kitchen has everything you need to make a great homemade meal! Gas range and vent hood, pots, pans and utensils, spice rack and basic oils, and silverware, dishes, cups and mugs are all available for your enjoyment. We provide local coffee to get your mornings started on the right foot.

Opposite of the living room and dining, you'll find a bathroom on this level with full shower, toilet and vanity for getting ready. We provide shampoo, conditioner and body wash for your use. If you need anything else, let us know and we'll do our best to accommodate! Past the bathroom, there is a private primary bedroom with new king bed, and two secondary bedrooms each with full bunk beds. Pillows, blankets and comforters are also provided.

Downstairs, you'll enjoy the billiards room and pool table setup, complete with pool balls, cues and chalk. Please don't let children play in this room unattended.
There is one bedroom next to the billiards room with a queen bed, a laundry room where we provide detergent, a bathroom with walk in shower, toilet and vanity, another living room with sofa, oversized chair and another 65" Smart TV, and the other bedroom with queen bed. Basement bedrooms have egress windows and allow for natural light and fresh air.

Parking is a breeze here! The driveway will fit 2-3 standard vehicles, and there's additional parking for 1-2 more cars on the street. We ask that you please send us vehicle make, model and license # (or photo of such) prior to check in, to satisfy our city STR license requirements.

Sorry, but due to allergies, we don't allow pets at this location.

We do have a recording devices on the outside of the home for safety and security. Camera(s) do record video and sound, but we respect guest privacy so we only look at the cameras if an issue arises during or after your stay. The front camera is an overhead camera at the front door and faces the street. The rear camera is overhead at the detached garage and faces the street. No cameras are mounted in, nor do they face/record any private, guest-only areas.

We do require guests to e-sign a vacation rental agreement for stays of any length prior to check in. We request guests fill out a check-in form so that we can best prepare for your stay.

Non-Airbnb Guests: Guests give permission to the property manager to use a third-party to request to screen identity and check criminal databases to confirm reservation. Complete terms regarding the guest screening can be provided by the property manager. You will receive an email to complete your screening. Please check your spam inbox for this email and contact the property manager if you have any questions.

Guest Access:
Guests will have access to the entire home.

Other Things to Note:
While most reservations go through without a hitch, we understand that sometimes things happen. We want to offer our guests the best and most price-effective option for those incidents that we hope do not occur. We found that damage deposits can be costly, frustrating and we don't want to hold any of your hard-earned money 'just in case'.

For Airbnb reservations: We do not charge a damage deposit on site because Airbnb offers AirCover.

For non-Airbnb reservations: We charge a nightly fee for damage insurance in lieu of charging a damage deposit. This fee is nonrefundable and should be added to your reservation at checkout. If it is not, we will contact you to process payment for this charge. This fee pays for protection through a third-party company and covers property damage that may occur during your stay.

After booking confirmation, you have the option to purchase third-party travel insurance for up to 14 days prior to your stay. Please reach out via message if you're interested in travel insurance.

Airbnb does their own guest screening and we do ours.
For non-Airbnb reservations, we use a quick and simple third party guest screening service. Please watch for this email and complete the appropriate steps. Message/call us if you encounter any problems or have questions about this service. We require non-Airbnb guests to submit documents to verify identity and perform background screening, which occurs through a third-party company to Safely. Cancellation policy applies to reservations that are cancelled due to guests not reading this requirement in the listing and not wanting to perform the background screening.

If you request check in less than 48 hours in advance, we will ask for a photo of your Identification matching the method of payment used, and meet you on site for check in to verify your reservation is for the booked guest. (Subject to change. Please message us with questions.)
